I love the Empire sunglasses that I purchased last fall. Sadly, a friend accidentally sat on them and broke them this month. I called William Painter and the return process could not have been easier. I am back in the saddle with a brand new pair of Empire’s ...all in less than 2 weeks time! Phenomenal customer service! I’m a loyal William Painter fan for the long haul!

I love the sunglasses! They are balanced and the lenses look great. I have two problems though. The sunglasses I ordered were not the ones I got. I ordered the Empire and got The Hook. I ended up really liking the hook except that the sides are a thin titanium that can get under-comfortable behind the ears (it's a little sharp but would never cut you just be uncomfortable after a long time). Overall I'm enjoying this product everyday.

These look sexy. I love them. Unfortunately, those nose pieces snapped within five minutes of getting the glasses, but William Painter immediately replaced them for me.
