I've contacted the William Painter team regarding my Hook sunglasses and in a couple of days the process was completed and the new pair on the way! Already receive them and I'm more than happy with my awesome sunglasses! Keep up with the excellent products!

I'm so glad I took the plunge to order these sunglasses! They look amazing and you can't beat the warranty! I'm the worst person with any kind of glasses so I don't spend much on them knowing how long they last with me but I'm confident in the quality of this product that I won't need to use the warranty anyway. They're also very light weight which is something I've not noticed with other sunglasses until I put these on. So worth the money!!!!

The frames were much stronger than I expected, especially for it being an Aviator style. The lenses stay very clean and have not had any scratches or marks on them.

Loved the weight. The glasses don't fall off your face. The lenses are not a coating, the color and polarization will not rub off, and the lenses feel like glass, they are really tough to scratch. These will not float so don't take them into the water during a swell.
