I have used William Painter glasses for a few years and sadly had to use the “Replacement Guarantee”. I expected the runaround and lots of hoops to go through with even more hassles. Nothing could be further from that scenario. The replacement procedure was quick and I was up and running in a few weeks with a new pair. I expected my new glasses in a generic box, but again WP came through. The glasses shipped in a nice box with the case and cloth lens cleaners. It’s the little details and the exceptional customer service that make William Painter my go to eyeglass company. Oh.... the stylish glasses and quality materials are a big plus too!! Thank you William Painter for the great service and glasses. You truly are a 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ company and your products are equally as awesome!

My brother and I ordered these frames as a belated birthday gift for our father and they shipped quicker than we expected. As soon as the frames arrived, our father was immediately surprised and he loved the style of the sunglasses. We weren’t sure how they would turn out or how they would fit, since this is our first purchase from this site, but my brother and I are extremely happy that our father loves them! It’s typically really hard for us to find him a gift and overall we’re deeply satisfied with the product!

Had my first pair for over 4 years that had tons of abuse on them before finally breaking the nose clamps, sent an email to the company and they responded within a few hours. Quick and polite is the best way to describe my experience, they confirmed my warranty and after shipping off my damaged pair they sent me new frames within the week. New frames fit great and can’t be happier with my experience.

I loved em!!! They're great glasses that do not one but two incredible things, their main purpose of protecting your eyeballs from the ball of fire in the sky, and lets not forget they also make you look damn good if I do say so myself. The only thing for me though is that they now do have some small scratches on them but nothing big enough to take away from these beauties.:)

Glasses are beautiful, but the best part for me is that they fit well. (looking like a movie star is pretty cool too) I love that they’re guaranteed and put together so well. Great purchase!!

The Sloan sunnies that I purchased are the nicest, sturdiest glasses that I've ever had. The clarity of vision with tbe polarized lenses are second to none.
