I ve purchased the glasses on the 10th of june. It is now june 28 and I have not receive my glasses yet. I was not provided with a tracking number either.

I was really excited for my new glasses, however they not arrived yet. As a result I am unhappy and can not give a positive review. And will not be recommending William Painter to anyone at this time.

I love your glasses however I believe your customer service is very poor and really do not that they are dealing with actual and potential customers. Trying to get info on an existing order or return or eye glass fit or advice for any thing that pertains to an order, potential order or credit can be very frustrating to the point that customers will give up trying and go elsewhere. I realize that your people are trying to help customers and communicate concern, however please remember that help is defined by the customer receiving it not you the giver and perception of the customer is their reality. I hope you understand that my review is trying to give your marketing department some idea that after the sale service is just as important to your future as getting a specific order. These sunglasses just didn't work with my face, I suppose. They just weren't comfortable to wear, didn't stay on my face at all. They slipped off more than a really cheap pair (that looks exactly the same) i receieved free from a random restaurant promotion, likely just due to the weight. The return process has been quite slow, make sure you don't lose the case! Otherwise you can't return the sunglasses. Overall I haven't been very satisfied with this design.

24 hours of use and the lens is already scratched...spent most the day pushing the glasses back on my face as they drop down your nose incessantly. Maybe the signature series are more durable but I would pass on The Sloan. Certainly not worth the $95. Not even worth the $75 I paid with a discount code.

I primarily ordered these glasses because of the offer of $40 off to new customers until May 2nd. I put in the coupon code and clicked confirm, and it didn't remove $40. I then e-mailed two william painter accounts (william painter help and steve@william painter) abd neither responded. The sunglasses are good but I did not want to pay $90 when it said I would pay $50. Untruthful company.

They give me a headache if I use them too long. I would also have preferred a gloss finish as well. Definitely do not like 3 logos especially the one on the lense. I considered returning them but I will just use them until I find something better. Just being honest.
