  I had to do some repair and maintenance on my septic system so after digging it all up I decided to install risers so I wouldn't have to do it again. I found wholesale septic supply by comparing prices with different companies. They were by far the least expensive. I ordered 2- 24 in risers on Wednesday and received then on Monday. The web site was easy to maneuver and placing the order was a snap.

  Paid with PayPal. I was a little concerned because I didn't hear from Wholesale Septic Supply after I bought the rebuild kit. Meaning I didn't get an email confirming my order, a receipt, or any shipping info. The only proof I had was my PayPal receipt. I was relieved when my package arrived a few days later. I'm leaving a 5 star review because I got what I ordered in a reasonable amount of time. It work great and am happy with the purchase. Hopefully the lack of a order conformation or shipping details was a fluke. I would use Wholesale Septic Supply again.

  Please don’t think if you order the wrong size on the septic riser kits that you can return them unless you live local. It would have cost me $350 to ship back the 24” by 26” kit and this company didn’t want to help me with a shipping label at their cost. I had no problem paying for the shipping label from the company but they said no and they don’t do that. Helping out a customer who then turned around and order another kit in a different size because I was in a huge need for this and no other options, you’d think they would be kind. Their return policy is anything in a big box don’t send back.... well that what it should say.

  Septic Supply did well....Easy to find on site. Correct aerator and a good one. My issue is with shipping.paid 40 extra for next day and it took 20 days to get shipment.Of course UPS DI NOT give me my money back.. Find another shipper....

  The pump I ordered was broken on arrival. It had a wire broken internally that required repair. Unfortunately, the company was absolutely worthless in helping to resolve the issue. When I contacted them they were happy to process the return, but required me to purchase a additional unit unless I wanted to wait on the broken unit to ship back and be checked out by their technicians. Obviously not an option with a non-functioning septic system. They informed me that I would also be responsible for return shipping. This is a 20lb pump that would cost me $50 to ship back to them. So long story short, the company sent me a bad part and to remedy the situation, I had to pay an additional $500 for another pump and would also have to eat $50 worth of return shipping. Had this issue been my error, I would expect to pay the return shipping, but it was’t. It was a bad part and that’s on them. I guess some companies like the idea of e-commerce, but are not willing to accept the risk and cost involved when they make a mistake. Very disappointing. I would not recommend Wholesale Septic Supply and would advise you to use at your own risk.

  I bought an efuent pump from them and it went out in six weeks when I tried to get it warrantied six weeks later and they denied me warranty because I didn’t buy a float from them . I never saw anything on their web site that said as such buyer beware

  Customer service was great to deal with, but I only have one small complaint. I ordered 2 extension rings for my septic tank and thought that they would send the stainless steel screws and black jack to anchor the rings together. Otherwise I would highly recommend this company for any of your needs. If I need anything else I will definitely use this company again.
