  Order was processed and shipped in a couple days. It got hung up in transit when UPS handed it over to USPS. I contacted Customer Service and in a couple hours had a response. Rebuild kit was easy to install. Video on how to do it was great. Recommend and will use this company again.

  No need to go anywhere but here for your septic needs. The owner called me back before I purchased an air pump and discussed my needs to make sure I was getting the right pump for my septic system.   While the price of the Franklin Electric Cistern pump is great, denying warranty when not ordering a new float switch from wholesalesepticsypply at the same time is unacceptable. We tested the pump throroughly on a test stand, by first using a megger and testing the insulation of the winding, and then putting the pump on a test barrel and running it for two hour measuring amperage. The pump passed our test, but as I said making warranty conditional on a float switch coverage is unacceptable, we stock replacement float switches on site and did not need more at the current time. You should really revise your business terms.
