  I purchased a new Fuji Mac 80 R2 air pump and the customer service was amazing. The young lady I worked with was very knowledgeable and helped me tremendously with the DIY install of the pump. Delivery was prompt. The upgrade pump installed easily and works perfectly. Great job, great experience, I'll be back!

  I haven't yet received the parcel; UPS DELEATED 3 TIME THE DELIVERY. Ups doesn't keep updated dayly the tracking, they don't answer my questions. Besides, I paid 52 cad brokerage fees. Why? When I imported the pump from you years ago, I paid no extra charge/ duty/brokerage ,

  Customer Service was very helpful on my initial phone call they explained everything about the riser. My biggest concern was I live in South Florida and was worried about the product breaking down because of the sun but I was assured that the product would hold up and that they supplied many companies in Florida with their risers. And after double checking with the company that pumped my septic system it turns out they were going to charge me $600 for the same exact riser that I bought here for $176 delivered. On my second phone call after doing my research I had one more question and they clarified it for me. I then asked her if I needed to place it online or I could place my order with her and she said you can do it with me right now if you’d like so I placed the order and received the product three days later everything was included that was needed to build the riser from the screws to the roofing tar. Great product great customer service and fast shipping. I highly recommend this Septic tank riser kit and company

  My septic aerator pump stopped working, so I watched a WholesaleSepticSupply youtube instruction on repairing aerator pumps. The video was very professional, so I trusted their website sales would be too. I bought the pump repair kit for $85 and WholesaleSepticSupply mailed it immediately. The repair parts arrived 3 days after I ordered them, and my aerator works just fine since I installed the repair kit.

  Everything was great about my experience, except the details about shipping options on their website was incomplete and led me to make an unfortunate choice that increased my expense while slowing receipt of my order. The instructional videos the company provides are excellent, and contributed to my choice to rebuild my compressor rather than replace it. My rebuild went like a charm and I saved $800 over what the local septic company would have charged me to fix my situation. Thank you!!

  VERY satisfied with Wholesale Septic Supply. Called ahead and rep was very friendly and helped ensure products were in stock. Decided to go ahead and place my order online and the site was very user friendly. Items switch and gasket) were shipped the next day and tracking info was provided via email. Once they arrived, I realized I had ordered a gasket for the wrong pump (switch was correct and fit perfectly). COMPLETELY my fault on the wrong gasket. Decided to just keep it and ordered the correct part from Wholesale and it's already on is way. I will DEFINITLEY be ordering from them when the need arises in the future.   My rebuild kit works well and solved my problems. The only problem I experienced was with the YouTube instructions. They did not cover the change to the hiblo design with the switch. A phone call cleared this matter up and everything worked out welll. You. need to update the video to show the switch replacing the sacrificing screw.
