  I ordered a rebuild kit for my aerator 8 days ago. The item was shipped USPS and still hasn't arrived. I contacted the company and made them aware of the problem. Instead of filing a service request with USPS they directed me to do it. I was surprised, I was expecting better customer service. I am disappointed with my purchase because Wholesale Septic Supply is unwilling to help resolve the matter. If it were my company, I would would overnight a replacement part to the customer while the post office determines what happened to the shipment. In the meantime, my aerobic system is down and the company hasn't given me any options other than to write a review to express my disappointment.

  I purchased this air pump because it was a direct replacement for the unit that died due to ants building up inside it during the winter. I was half heatedly expecting to be without the pump for a week or two, but I received the replacement in 2 days. That's as fast as Amazon Prime in which I pay a monthly fee for. Not to mention, Amazon didn't have my pump I was needing either. Kudos to Wholesale Septic for a job well done.

  Product went together well no issues with assembly the only thing that kept it from 5 stars was the quality of the screws with the kit, if you do not keep heavy pressure on them when using an electric drill gun they will strip out in no time, just the screw heads seemed to be made of weak metal no complaints otherwise

  A neighbor friend who has used Whokesale Septic Supply for years recommended I go straight to them to buy a new effluent pump when mine went bad (prior owners clearly had not maintained the system). The pump was less than half the cost quoted by a local supplier for an equivalent pump, and their shipping was fast.

  Plumber told me it would be 600 to fix my problem, found videos on YouTube from these guys showing the aerator can be rebuilt. Purchsed the rebuild kit and it took longer to get the aerator out of the control box than to do the rebuild and that was even with the asian (unreadable) instructions that came with the kit. The instructional video online was more than enough to help with this project and saved me over $500

  I purchased a new Fuji Mac 80 R2 air pump and the customer service was amazing. The young lady I worked with was very knowledgeable and helped me tremendously with the DIY install of the pump. Delivery was prompt. The upgrade pump installed easily and works perfectly. Great job, great experience, I'll be back!

  Customer Service was very helpful on my initial phone call they explained everything about the riser. My biggest concern was I live in South Florida and was worried about the product breaking down because of the sun but I was assured that the product would hold up and that they supplied many companies in Florida with their risers. And after double checking with the company that pumped my septic system it turns out they were going to charge me $600 for the same exact riser that I bought here for $176 delivered. On my second phone call after doing my research I had one more question and they clarified it for me. I then asked her if I needed to place it online or I could place my order with her and she said you can do it with me right now if you’d like so I placed the order and received the product three days later everything was included that was needed to build the riser from the screws to the roofing tar. Great product great customer service and fast shipping. I highly recommend this Septic tank riser kit and company
