  I had orginally oreded an item that was out of stock bu the site didn't inform me of availability. Paid for it and everything, within an hour I was contated by customer service who informed me that they could swap out the item for a compatible one that was in stock and the price would remain the same. Not too many vendors would go through the trouble to cross reference a compatible item like that. My main supplier simply told me they were on 20-21 week backorder. These guys know how to do business. Much appreciated.

  Be helpful if instructions were written in English. I had to find someone who had installed one after I damaged the first one by not installing diaphragms correctly. I had to order a second one. Now my pump works perfect.

  Everything was very easy to install. My only recommendation to the company would be to include a 1-Page instruction sheet. I had a few questions that required me to call Customer Service. Each representative was extremely helpful - but a simple instruction sheet would have prevented those calls. Also, the video on the site was extremely helpful.

  First time customer and my box arrived damaged. The tar glue had exploded all over the product. It is caked onto both base rings so the lids will get stuck if I try to put them on...or spend an hour scraping this goop off. I tried to contact Wholesale Septic Supply by Phone, E-mail & social media multiple times with no repsponse. TERRIBLE customer service response time.

  There website said this part would work on my tank, it did not, when I tried to return it they said I would have to pay shipping costs, plus a 15% restocking fee, leaving me with a $12.00 refund for a $27.00 part. Wont be shopping here again.
