  The staff was very professional and my order was delivered in a few days. The only problem I had was the retaining nuts for the diaphragm were not drilled. Once I drilled the center hole/s the install was easy.

  Will most definitely buy parts for my clearstream system from wholesaleseptic systems again. Fast service reasonable price didnt have to deal with local company in town who would have rather sold me a $800 pump verses a rebuild kit.   I would look else ware! You better make sure you get the right one! Cause they will take your money ($200.) and try to refund you $60.because I did not like the way it was made and wanted to return it. what a crappy return policy. it had no instructions how to assemble it either. Just a bad company to do business with.

We also have a very specific clause on our riser kit listings that states 'Please ensure that you are ordering the correct diameter and height riser kit before placing your order. If the incorrect size is ordered, return shipping is the customers responsibility.' We put this on the listings for this specific reason. Sorry that you ordered the incorrect size riser kit, but we cannot control that, and we have to recoup the shipping we provide to customers at no cost somehow. We also include a link to our return policy on all confirmation emails, for easy access to our customers.

  I was wanting the riser very quickly. I was want to get this done before the weekend came. I called Wholesale septic supply and talked to them about it. They told me if I ordered it by 2 pm it would go out that day and be 3 to 5 business days to get it.
