  Disappointed. Received the Gast Septic pump kit on Friday late afternoon, and had been waiting on it to repair the needed septic pump. Kit was complete but the "cellophane" type gasket was torn in half. I had to make do with the kit as we were headed out of town on Monday and knew it was hopeless to get a replacement.

  Good products and price. My only issue was the shipping time. I'm only about an 1hr away from the facility(Dayton) but my order was processed incorrectly and sent to Pennsylvania for some reason. Definitely not worth the $5 shipping cost. OTherwise ok

  Ordered the pump and float on a Tuesday night, late. Estimated arrival was for the following Monday. It arrived on Friday, 3 days early! Which worked out so well because I had to go out of town on Monday and it would have delayed fixing my septic pump. Under promised and over delivered!! Thank you!

  WSS recommended certain pump, after receipt, my plumber said it didn't have enough cfm. After hours of 'argueing' with WSS, I had to insist on a 'warranty return'. WSS folks are reading from a script, not listening to the problem. VERY FRUSTRATING! After receiving an RMA, I immeditely ordered the correct pump from them.

  I had an old concrete tank from 1959 that the lid was missing and some of the concrete had fallen in the tank. I built a form and re-poured Portland to get my opening back to 20 inches. I chose this 26” riser kit as it fit perfect. Looks very professional now and no more bad smells!

I ordered and received my riser kit within 3 or 4 days and installed it with no problems. There were no instructions with it, so I went back to the website to a video and did as directed.
