  Package arrived open, beat up, and full of water. The sealant was opened and covered most the contents of the destroyed package. The product itself, the riser, is fine but has the caulk cement all over it and my driveway. Unfortunately I can not reccomend this product. Shipping was fast, though.

  Your website was good and easy to navigate. I received two separate packages through UPS. I received all the riser pieces(4). All components are undamaged and appear in good order. The package indicating it has 12 installation screws and two tubes of sealant contained within, did NOT. The riser piece was in the box, but NOT the 12 screws or sealant!

  I found WSS on while doing research for septic tank risers/lids. I ordered up (2) 20" x 11" lid kits to retro-fit my two, cement tank septic system. The parts came and when dry fitting the pieces, the lids and their associated rings did not fit the bottom riser and ring assembly. Upon calling, the customer rep, Megan, was so very helpful. She gave me a direct number, I sent over some pics of the parts and shortly after she determined the lid/ring parts were for a different size. After a quick phone call where she had me make some basic measurements, the incorrect parts were verified to have been shipped. She then set up an order for the correct parts to be shipped (at no extra cost to me the customer). I received the new parts in two days and everything fit perfectly!!! I have since installed the (2) kits and am very pleased with the fit and finish of their product. The parts are very tough and quality built. It appears that it will last quite a long while. I can not say enough for Megan and her customer service assistance in getting me the correct parts so quickly. I would recommend WSS to everyone working on a septic system project. Thank you!!!
