  After seeing how battered our septic serviceman had become over the years, I knew something had to be done to stop the damage; the septic tank hatch covers were crippling him. He told me of a local plumbing firm that jerry-rigged hatch covers, I hate wasting $$. Got on the InterNet and WSS was my immediate answer. Their solution seemed logical, well-built, flexible to my needs, and affordable. Ordered three set-ups, and when they arrived, I was not disappointed; everything was there ahead of schedule, undamaged, and complete. Manufacturing of the pieces was/is superb; no worries about this product failing to do its job! Assembly and installation is simple and darn-near fail-proof; just preview the YouTube tutorial for absolute success. This product is essential for any form of subsurface access, not just septic tanks.

  I have used wholesalesepticsupply for several years. I have evolved as a septic system customer through their evolution as an online supplier of septic parts. The site is easy to navigate to find my specific parts. The site even offers a virtual "helper" that will attempt to resolve my inquiry. Shipping seems instantaneous. It seems the shipper is waiting at the gate to pick up my order for a next-day delivery to me.

  The float switch arrived on time and ready for installation. The best part of the process of replacing the switch was the helpful YouTube videos posted by Wholesale Septic Supply. On just about any septic related product or topic there was good content. This made a big difference for me and was the reason I purchased the float switch from them.

  have issue with my order not being delivered by ups. strange they didnt take a picture of location and i couldnt find it. after 2 days and ups didnt backtrack to deliver package to correctt address i contacted wholesaleseticsupply and they are sending me another one but with usps. no complaints on their customer support .was not their fault ups could care less about fixing a misdelivery. when i filed a claim with ups said be 8 days, really? how about just notify driver they missed up and correctt it. no they just keep trucking placing packages whereever. thank you wholesalesupply for you taking care of a customer. i will use wholesalesepticsupply again.

  It’d was pretty easy to navigate. More detail on the dimensions would have been helpful. The 16”X 5” led me to think that was the inside dimension. But when I got it the opening was about 13”. That worked, but not how I expected. The packing could have been better. The box was pretty beat up and the caulking tubes nozzles were bent being damaged with no protection. But the riser was intact, and install was fairly easy.

  This was my 2nd riser I purchased and installed. Product is super easy to install, holds up well, shipped fast and reasonably priced. If I would add 2 suggestions for the installation- use a couple Tapcon for a mechanical connection to the tank and use some of the water seal where the riser and the base plate are attached.

  The rebuild worked perfectly although it should have come with more installation instructions. They do have an excellent video that I found on line that shows how to install the kit. One item on my order shipped wrong but was promptly corrected at no additional cost. I would definitely buy again.
