  I purchased the safety pan for the 20-inch riser. The website indicated the safety pan would prevent objects or debris from entering the septic tank in the event the lid was removed. This is false! The ring is just a 3 inch insert for the riser and the opening into the tank is still open. The safety pan does not prevent anything from falling into the septiuc tank when the lid is removed. I contacted Customer Service and was told they have never had an issue with a customer being dissatisfied with the safety pan. I wanted to exchange it for the Yellow Safety Insert and I was told that was not an option. I even offered to pay the shipping costs of the yellow insert. I was again told this would not be possible. I am disappointed with Wholesale Septic Supply's customer service. I will look for other suppliers should I need additional septic tank parts or equipment.

  My aerator stopped running with no warning. I called customer service to see about a warranty claim, but I was just past the cut off. I planned to buy another pump for about $300. The rep knew details about the specific pump I had and was able to explain the most common issues that could cause the pump to "die" and then recommended a rebuild kit that cost only $90. On top of this, she directed me to a YouTube video they recently made that showed the full process to rebuild my specific pump. Both times I have ordered, my order was shipped the same or next day and received within 2-3 days. I can't remember the last time I was so impressed with a company as I was this last time dealing with them. For more context, I very rarely provide reviews but I was so impressed this last time I felt it was necessary to do so. Great company, great service!

  Very disappointed. I expected much more professional than what I got. Twice the price of Home Depot thinking I was getting better service/product. Came loose in a cardboard box which was significantly damaged. Didn’t appear to be any cracks but then the riser I’m replacing it with didn’t appear at the time to have cracks either but 3 big ones after 10 years. Also I was originally told a ship date that was 4 days earlier than was originally scheduled. Next time, Home Depot.
