  This is my third dolphin. Very satisfied with this brand as the last one dolphin advantage plush lasted me for 10 years. Hope my new Nautilus plush CC work good. Received as promised in good working condition except some scratches on one door. Very satisfied with the performance of this robot.

  I ordered an Evo2 pro expecting a weeks long delay because of its popularity and current shutdowns here and there. Welbots had it posted "ships in May" so I figured May 29th or 30th it might be on its way. I preordered it May 4th and received it on the 14th in perfect condition. I still see posts by people who ordered elsewhere in March and it's now May 19 and they're still waiting. THANKS WELLBOTS! I know who to trust with future new release tech!!

  I ordered an extra battery for my new drone a week after I ordered the drone because of the discount I received for my drone order. The battery came last week but the drone was not shipped yet. Hopefully it will arrive soon. The company has great communication and they told me it would ship this week.   i pre ordered my Autel Evo 2 from another company in China and also ordered a battery from them. My delivery was held up because they did not have the battery in stock and could not ship the battery by itself (they never informed me they were not in stock when I purchased it) and kept saying it would be next week. I eventually canceled the battery and asked them to send the drone. I saw that Wellbots was the only company in the states selling them without a pre order status, and received it directly from Autel in 2 weeks. Very happy with customer service that answered my questions via email.

  I read a lot of reviews and watched YouTube about this product before purchasing. I just used this past Saturday, I was very happy with the outcome, it cleaned around 85% of my pool, it still had some debris left at the main drain. Sometimes it got stuck at the step or couldn’t go up to the spar. Most of the time it did wonderful job. I am highly recommend it.

  To honest, I was skeptical at first about Wellbots since I never purchased anything from their web site before. I did some research and the reviews like mine were mostly good news. Shipping info was a little nervie since the status didn’t change for a few days but once I got the “It’s on the way” update sure enough it arrived on time. I got a great deal on a scooter that I couldn’t have gotten anywhere else. Bravo!!

  The Wellbott’s app is very easy to order from and customer service and support answer very quickly by email when contacting them. They also keep you informed step by step after the order process from shipping to delivery. You also accumulate points on purchases to be be used on a future purchase. I saved $50 on my last purchase! Great company and they also run sales. I will definitely be purchasing from Welbott’s again in the future.
