  Had a fantastic experience. Came in with a broken 46mm UV protector on my Composer Pro II Sweet 50, left in about 20 minutes with a replacement filter installed, good as new, even though they were pretty busy at the time. Very professional, knowledgeable and friendly staff; I'll be making all my photography-related purchases here from now on.

  Fully Functional at a Reasonable Price! I was in the market for an alternative to Canon Tripod collar. Sunday morning I went to Wayfield & Sons, worked with one of the sales people, and eventually purchased the Vello collar. The sales person helped make sure it would actually work with my camera - it did! - and the next day I used it without any problems! Heavy,sturdy than Canon great, but certainly does its job in an ace.

  Our church did the research and went with 4 of these cameras for our Contemporary Service. We could not be happier about the performance of this moderately priced PTZ camera. Wayfield & Sons and PTZ Optics is a win-win for us! The sanctuary is about 150 feet in length from the camera to the far end. Great picture and easy setup with OBS. Wayfield & Sons had the best price and excellent customer service, so we went with them.

  120mm Mamiya Camera I had a great experience purchasing my Mercari-Mamiya ZM Quartz in this store. The selection is excellent great price. Staff is friendly and helpful. I am a Maryland resident they sent me the camera picture before I went there. After I purchased that camera they called me gave me the tracking number. It arrived in Maryland FedEx store next day. All I can say their service is awesome and huge selection. Thank you Wayfield & Sons!

  Was in the market for a new DJI Phantom 4 RTK Quadcopter- after calling a few stores and either being put on hold or not having it in stock. I was thrilled to call and speak with Wayfield & Sons- Craig answered the phone and said we have what you're looking for. Got into the shop and Craig was busy, Josephs stepped in. His knowledge about commercial drones, aerial photography and much more was both entertaining an informational. They made it a pleasure to do business - I would highly recommend them and look forward to doing future business there.

  LEE Filters LEE100 Filter Holder All the way through the ordering from Wayfield & Sons was very easy, and for that a financing option I would recommend them to others. The only thing I was bothered about was the delivery time. The site said about 3 weeks my confirmation email said 5 days and it arrived in 4. In the world as it is now good delivery times can make the difference in a sale or not. If my item had of arrived in 3 weeks I wouldn't be ordering from Wayfield & Sons again. I would order again from them.

  A well priced and wide range of products for almost all aspects of photography, including repairs. Only shortfall is that of communication, and in the event of something going wrong, it's how you deal with the situation. Saying nothing is not a good option.

  Disappointed by length of time it took to receive a quote for the cleaning of a sensor on a camera which I had hardly used together with the shock of the high cost of this which included ‘recalibration’. I have used Wayfield previously with satisfying results hence my choice to use them again.

  7artisans Photoelectric Close Focus Adapter Purchase I bought a used 7artisans Photoelectric adapter from Wayfield & Sons which was delivered free through FedEx within 2 days. Other dealers would have added postage fee even it takes awhile for the item to be dispatched. I would highly recommend Wayfield & Sons for photographers based on my experience.

  Went in early to see about a possible trade in but had to go home for a lens to part exchange and it was much busier 11.30am. Advise go early. Staff knowledgeable and helpful. Have to say they don't encourage you to waste your money on upgrades if there is no need and this has been my experience on several occasions. Totally trust their judgement. They give you value for money.

  Rose helped me to obtain a Leica S (Typ 007). She put my name on a waiting list for this newly released camera and called me when it came in. She shipped the camera to me in Colorado and was thoughtful enough to suggest an extra battery and thumb grip.   Puzzled ! I ordered a Canon Camera that was showing as 2 in stock on the Wayfield & Sons website. Within a couple of minutes of placing my order, Wayfield & Sons called me to say the item was not actually in stock but MISREPRESENTED in the warehouse and was not available from stock, however they offered to source one for me which I declined. I received an immediate refund. I checked later the same day and the cameras were still showing as in stock on their website, The Cameras are now showing as Out of Stock. If I were to use Wayfield & Sons again, I would check stock before ordering.

  Would definitely use again Ordered a camera from Wayfield & Sons during the National Holiday period. Regardless of this, the camera was received a week later and I couldn't be happier with the item. If was initially a little disconcerting to not receive a confirmation of order e-mail and maybe communication could be better in this regard; however, probably saved myself over $100. Would certainly use again.

  I was looking for a shotgun microphone, so I bought two from eBay, but they were unusable, a complete waste of my money, so I looked for something more decent, and of course, Amazon was out of stock. I came across WAYFIELD & SONs, and they had what I needed. Just what I needed, and my search for a mic was over, finally.

  Number 1 in grey goods Out of all the grey goods suppliers, these guys top them all. No taxes to be paid outside the state and I've saved over $1200 buying grey. Long enough delivery times but once it shipped, it's relatively instant. Thank you again!

  Friendly, efficient service I like Wayfield & Sons for their personal service - if there's a problem, they call and discuss it. In this case, I had thought the product was in stock and had ordered it for next day delivery, the only day I was going to be available. In fact, it wasn't in stock but they sorted out a suitable delivery date through a couple of phone calls and it duly arrived when they said it would.

  Was stressful as item did take a period of time to be delivered but was delivered in the delayed delivery time noted by company. Product is excellent, communication was excellent and can fully trust company when it comes to delivery time, delays and quality of product.

  Warranty repairs take quite long. I’m writing this based on their eBay store, My lens developed a fault after a few months so I underwent their warranty procedure. They initially tried to get me to repair it on my own time and they would reimburse me, after a couple of stores were unable to repair it I was forced to send it back to Wayfield in Manhattan. They send the items back to Europe for their in house repairs and I was a bit nervous about doing this initially as I do not know if I would be covered by PayPal at this point. I sent the lens back and have had the repair done no problems. The only reason I have knocked off a few stars is because this whole process has taken the best part of 3-4 months from start to finish. TLDR: Great store have purchased many items with no problems - warranty repairs take ages to get sorted.

  Business made easy. I bought various bodies, lenses and teleconverters from this firm. They manage to achieve the impressive feat of offering the best price and also the best service.   I finally decided to upgrade from my 1000P which I have owned for the last 4 years and love. I am so glad I made the transition to the D5600. This camera is great. I will probably use it for the next nine years. I bought my first 35mm camera through Wayfield & Sons many years ago and am very pleased with their products and support.

  My daughter was so excited about this product. Her Mom and Dad bought this for her. She had a Nikon and the screen got broke. The item was shipped and delivered next day as promised by the excellent Wayfield & Sons sales representative. We are very happy with the camera! She rates this as Awesome!

  Excellent customer service! When I come into the store I’m greeted everytime and the staff always on top of finding the B&W Infrared/Near Infrared film I’m looking for! Excellent prices on used cameras and the Bargain cart has great prices on discounted lenses! When you have questions about camera gear the staff is honest and won’t lie to you if they don’t know. They do their research on anything and find out the answer. Some of the new camera brands can be more expensive than the bigger national stores like ADORAMA, but when you shop locally you giving money back to the town. Plus WAYFIELD & SONs has experienced staff that know what they are talking about. I give Them 5/5 Stars!!

  I am an amature photographer,and have only been using this D610 camera for a few weeks.It is my first DSLR.But I love this camera and would recommend it to anyone.And Wayfield & Sons is maybe the best company I have dealt with. Since I am still learning about the camera I can't say much about it's better points. But I haven't found any bad points.

  Knowledgeable and friendly staff. Excellent catalog of lens plates, L-Brackets,Quick release systems and tripod collars even during the shortages. I have purchased a few camera plates from them and utilized them as a part ex. and will continue to.
