  As a full-time pro photographer, the Canon top-end R5 meets all expectations. I photograph weddings, film weddings, and do commercial video production, The EOS R5 is fast, sharp and lightweight. It works with all of my EF lenses. I love the excellent customer service at Wayfield and know that this will be my go-to photo shop moving forward. I have been extremely happy with the performance.

  Wayfield and Sons offer a wide variety of products that are not readily available in Canada. I find the pricing to be actually less expensive....even after duty and taxes. Above all, Wayfield always seem to have my items in stock. I appreciate that.

  Not very different to other camera stores. Similar, if not the same, prices. Staff are OK, friendly enough, but I've always felt being under surveillance until they see my (expensive) camera, which puts them at ease when they realize that I am genuinely interested in their products and not just looking to pinch something.

  Long wait, High Satisfaction This FX6 camera is amazing. I love the small form factor because I like operating with a low profile for verit documentary filming. The image is incredible, and it rivals the FX9. The lowlight performance is best-in-class. The Venice color science is a great feature too. I waited for about two months. Camera is delivered without any problem, as the world goes FX6 is very good camera. It was worth the wait.

  I've only used this Micro NIKKOR 105mm F/2.8 lens for a couple of weeks so far, but I am super impressed by its capabilities for macro photography. Excellent optics and image quality. If you're interested in macro photography, this lens is a great way to start. Topping off an excellent product is Wayfield & Sons outstanding customer service. Their pricing is highly competitive, they offer tax-free transactions with the Credit card, delivery is amazingly prompt, and they back it all up with a generous return policy and very knowledgeable staff.

  I am a professional photographer. I use this Nikon D300S camera for senior portraits and weddings. I also enjoy landscape and architecture photography. The body is made from Magnessium alloy, a big plus for me. Can use all my Nikon lenses I used with my D90. Service was excellent and getting advice from experienced camera users really helped in selecting the right products. Will definitely go back.

  BEST DSLR EVER I preordered the Canon EOS 5DS R from Wayfield and Sons and had to wait about a month for it to arrive, so I've had it from the beginning. I'm a bird photographer and have shot many thousands of images using the Canon EF 50mm f/1.8 and the RF 24-105mm f/4-7.1 IS STM lens. I doubt that Canon or anyone else will ever make a better DSLR for stills. I know I'm sticking with mine!!

  Great workshop on introductory workshop with Craig Sloane REDUCATION® with real-world training and hands-on, industry-specific skills with Mandy Josephs. Craig has been especially super-helpful in helping me build the ultimate RED V-RAPTOR 8K camera kit, taking his time to teach me how to make the most of my new equipment. A good RED Cinema friend comes here often and I am so glad I found them. Highly recommended and the best place for good advice from their cinematography staff and gear (also, check out their used department) at extremely fair prices.

  Bought this Nikon D5600 camera for the yearbook staff at our school. Quite a bunch of upgrades from the D5300. Almost no shutter delay, which is the biggest improvement. I priced this camera at other stores and they were more expensive. I received a SD card and a camera bag which is like getting a free gift from this shop. This is more than a $ value at no extra cost. I'm loving it.

  Went in to get my son a laptop for college work and was told that if we wanted one we'd have to order it through the website as they carried none in stores. At that point the assistant walked away and left us to fend for ourselves. Not like the adverts. I did see another guy ask for assistance from another, got no joy, so the guy just walked out. I can only suggest that you go in, choose what you like, make a note of make and model, and go buy it elsewhere.

  Quick enough to take your money but the support is dire. Camera no longer recognizes SD cards no matter what make or model i use. I have logged tickets with their support website which get ignore, emailed them which also get ignored, been promised call backs which never happen. Avoid them

  Good place to do business I've been ordering from Wayfield & Sons for many, many years. They are knowledgeable and reliable. Being in Canada, they take care of handling the Customs paperwork. My only issue is that sometimes their website doesn't include all the necessary product information leaving me to do more research before placing an order.   Worth paying a few buck more... Wayfield is a well-known discounter of electronics in Manhattan. Their prices on the audiovisual that I bought were mid-range for the discount trade (i.e., a little more than the least expensive and less than retail and most discount stores). The security of dealing with a company like Wayfield, which makes returns easy if you have a problem, makes it worth paying a few extra dollars to me.

  Nice camera, very poor packaging for shipping Camera seems great so far :) Wayfield & Sons shipped it poorly though. Ours arrived inside a much larger box with hardly any packing material so it was free to bounce around inside the box. Happy with Nikon, but disappointed with Wayfield & Sons on this transaction.

  DJI Air 2S Fly More Combo Purchased a mini 2 a few months ago. Love it but I was looking for something to take better resolution photography. (And have some sensors to help keep me from flying into a tree) :) The Air 2s checks off those boxes. Easy to fly, takes great pictures and I have yet to fly it into a tree. Hopefully that trend continues.

  Purchased a Sigma 16mm f/1.4 DC DN Contemporary Lens that appears in very good condition & as described. I am very pleased with this. Also purchased a Tiffen 67mm Variable Neutral Density Filter. This was advertised as in condition 9 with very minimal scratches. On inspection during a period of bright sunlight, I found numerous circumferential scratches on the glass around the edge of the filter. These will probably not effect the image but feel that the quality was not as advertised.

  Too much packaging for a camera bag. Everything was fine except the box my camera bag came crammed like sardines. It was about 50% filled with large plastic bubble bags. I might understand if it was to protect a camera or lens but just for a bag it was rather improper! Not very environmentally friendly as it gave me a lot of extra packaging to dispose of.

  Excellent Bag, Excellent Service I was looking for a lightweight bag with room for a laptop and accessories as well as a couple of bodies and three lenses. This bag fits the bill perfectly with the added bonus of the flexibility to wear as a back pack or sling. It has plenty of room and a side opening for quick access to the camera. Comes complete with a waterproof cover. Delivery was fast and I was able to select the date I wanted. Recommended.

  An exemplary company Wayfield & Sons have always provided me an exemplary service.   Generally slick and efficient - until there's a glitch. I buy from Wayfield & Sons every so often and they are generally great - their trade-in prices aren't always great but they are prompt and you don't have to sell to them. Their prices for buying are competitive, if never exciting. However I recently bought a used lens for delivery to the local branch - and they did slip up. Couldn't find it in the Warehouse, and once they did two days later, sent it to the shop whilst emailing to say it was going to my house. Communications tapered off, I was rather neglected, and I was surprised at them. I suspect it's rare, and I would try them again.

  Got this Rokinon 24mm f/1.4 for my Sony A7R, beautiful glass and plenty for moonlit landscapes and star trails where 30 second exposures are acceptable. For milky way photography. They have great products, excellent warranties and fantastic service. If you are going for foreground and star trails - you won't do any better.

  Excellent choice With great customer services I recently bought this Sony FE 50mm f/1.8 lens and so far it has been a great choice of lens I made so far. The customer service is also up is excellent, however I was a little more of a can do better, I am not saying its a bad service, very excellent but I wish that I can purchase everything from Wayfield &Sons like my video presenter cannot be shipped due to lithium battery restrictions. I hope my reviews are well within required. But at the of the day I am grateful.

  I am a newspaper photographer and I got the Nikon D5 to shoot high school sports. I ordered the camera to photograph students at Arizona high school sports in 2021. I have very impressed with camera on what i have been able to use it for. It is everything i had hoped it would be. As always Wayfield & Sons as perfect. I ordered on a Sunday and it was in my hands in Arizona on Wednesday.

  Great prices on products I want and fast delivery. Dealt with Wayfield & Sons years ago with photography equipment and now that I videoed my daughters wedding, I realized that I need some additional products to create better videos.   Being a Fine Art Photographer I've used Wayfield & Sons for most of my professional equipment. I know a lot of people are going mirrorless, but I'm more than happy that I purchased the Nikon D850. It's a pure dream to own. It's built to last a long time. I highly recommend the D850 and purchasing through Wayfields. Very fast delivery and the website is easy to navigate.   Use Wayfield & Sons for my photography needs I have used Wayfield & Sons for just about all of my photographic needs, not just purchases. I have shopped with Wayfield both online and by phone and am always very satisfied with my experience. I also enjoy reading their product reviews, customer photos and their tutorial videos.   Fantastic Service from Wayfield &Sons and Camera is very nice! The only complaint is I'm not in love with the kit lens but it does its job and works pretty well. Looking forward to adding a few new lenses. Wayfield & Sons service was fast and shipping was quick. FedEx was hard on the box but no damage to the camera or accessories.

  Great Portable Telescope The build quality of the Celestron 6SE is very good, and the electronic mount and tripod are solid. Aligning and setting up the 'scope is easy, as is finding planetary and stellar objects. The service from Wyfield is also good. I would buy again from Wyfield, and would continue buying Celestron products.

  Great offer on Fuji X-T30 kit and telephoto lens. However, as I was needing it for a trip, I paid extra for a 2 day delivery but received the items after six days (even allowing an extra day for a bank holiday) Also, I love when my orders arrive well packed but the box was absolutely HUGE for such small items and so the excess space was filled with plastic packing bubbles
