  Wonderful camera, awesome accessory kit! What a great bonus on top of an already great camera-Sony a7 iii. Big thanks to WAYFIELD&SONs for offering this repertoire of accessories. The bag is great, love it. SD card is fast (not huge, but great for getting started), and the extra battery rounds out the deal. I just feel so confident right out of the box with this kit. One thing I wish I also did was order a matching lens to go with this kit. WAYFIELD & SONs has a great selection, and the options offered with this camera were ideal and at a good price point. Seriously happy with this Sony camera, accessory kit, and WAYFIELD&SONs overall.

  Wayfield &Sons is a great online retailer. I've been shopping with since before 2010 and have never been disappointed with any order. Their prices are usually the lowest prices for quality products. Their customer service is also excellent. You won't be disappointed if you shop with them.

  A tradition of great sales and customer service. Wayfield &Sons is an institution of photo, video, and audio knowledge. They might not be the absolute cheapest place to buy online, but if anything is wrong with what you receive they will take care of it quickly. I have used them for years. However, the shopping interface is disheveled and could use a simpler pattern. For example, when selecting backpacks by size the page hovers around too much each time you select different options. So, it slows you down.

  Avoid!!!! Ordered Nikon Z 7II Monday, by Friday no email or dispatch notice. Emailed WAYFIELD &SONs waited 4 working days and no response. Tried calling the phone number on the website , which diverted to a 'dodgy personal answerphone' don't believe me give the number a try yourself, I tried calling WAYFIELD 24 times during office hours each and every time it goes to answer machine. Managed to put through a dispute/chargeback with my bank and the money was refunded same day. You might think saying a few quid is a great idea, but the stress dealing with dodgy companies like this is just not worth the saving. Reading other 'positive' reviews on other review pages should also signal alarm bells as they are all written exactly the same. You have been warned.

  Better Than Expected Service I've been looking at getting into the mirrorless world from Nikon for some time, but kept putting it off until I found myself in a dire need and needing this type of camera ASAP. I choose standard shipping and ended up receiving the package a day early (shipping from NY to AZ) with plenty of time to learn the camera before using it on a shoot. Kudos to the team at Wayfield &Sons!

  Magnus Rex VT-5000 I have just started using this tripod for my JVC camera and so far I am liking it. Due to it's aluminum it is a bit lighter than my carbon fiber tripod but that also makes it susceptible to flexing a bit more. All in all I believe it is a great addition to my equipment inventory.

  Opteka 62mm 0.3X HD Ultra Fisheye Lens Adapter I own a JVC GY-HM170, this lens is a perfect fisheye lens without breaking the bank. I use it mostly for skateboarding and for close up shots that i wanna capture a lot in. Its very useful and well made lens.

  Magnus VT-5000 Video Tripod unit Just received it today. Just what I was looking for - sturdy, well built, fluid. And I got it on sale for $100 and its well worth the price. I now finally have a real tripod instead of my old cheap dink ones.

  I ended up coming to this place while on my vacation from New England and I wasn't too impressed. It didn't really look organized so I didn't really know where stuff was. When I walked in there were 2 staff members working and 1 offered to help me but I didn't really get the information I was asking about. But what I didn't like is as more people started coming into this tiny store one staff member just sat on his desktop and indifferently browsed as the other staff member was trying to answer my questions and show me lenses and also try and help the 5 to 6 other people who walked in after me so I felt like I wasn't important and a bit rushed which ruins wanting to buy anything from someone who could careless. So maybe next time I come it will be better and I'll be happy to change my review.

  Great place with friendly staff. I came here on vacation and dropped a lot of my gear into a stream and needed some replacement accessories. They were very helpful and it was a great relief to come here and get replacement lens caps, filters, etc. They also have a big selection of Tamron lenses!

  Great Nikon Lens Combo After years of struggling with increasing age and increasing weight and complexities of photo equipment, the Nikon Z fc fills the bill. Although concerns with intricacy were high, the availability of online training has made it a breeze. Looking forward to adding lenses.   Personalized Service Really great service, particularly in the current times. I received prompt replies to my email queries from Rose which gave me reassurance that my order had been dispatched. These communications went further than the dispatch note by providing a time frame the order was expected to arrive. An email was also sent after my order had been delivered to ask me to confirm receipt and check if everything was as expected. Really great personalized service. Thank you!

  Mixed feeling but will order again! Customer service was good in terms of replying to emails but not in terms of calling the free phone as no one was ever available to answer the calls. In the end I did get the tracking information but it took forever to arrive which seemed to me like this could be a fake website and delivery took long as well. All in all the whole process from placing the order to receiving the order took very long. Now, I ordered Lensbaby Obscura 50 Optic and upon receiving the item I was pleased because it was packaged well and the item was brand new and sealed. The Obscura 50 Optic was cheaper than anywhere on the internet and since it actually arrived and it does have a 12 months Lensbaby warranty like they said. Because I actually received a great product at a good price I will order from here again. Just be aware that this company does take a while to give you your tracking information and deliver the product.

  Waiting for Christmas!!! I bought Nikon Monarch 5 for my husband for his birthday. It is now four days to the day. He has wanted this set of binos for a long time. I am excited to see his reaction since he marked it on his Wish list and I told him they were backordered which they were. I did a google search and found Wayfield and there price was $ less than the eBay sale price with FREE shipping and handling.   The NexStar 130SLT can easily reveal the rings of Saturn, Jupiter's four brightest moons, etc, from the city. In dark skies, the telescope is powerful enough to show galaxies that are millions of light years away. This is a very powerful scope to where you can see most Planets, and Stars. Fantastic service as always. Great staff, very knowledgeable and helpful. Couldn't recommend them enough. Thanks guys

  I just purchased a Fuji GFX 50R and everything went prefect, excellent price the best on the internet so far Of course I read all the reviews and there are some bad and most are good but I paid with PayPal My experience: Paid with PayPal, got email confirmation and in 24 hours got confirmation of shipping and tracking number with FEDEX 5 days later camera arrived - box sealed with genuine FUJIFILM seal, all in perfect condition and surprinsgly camera had a European cord inside, I returned that! A smooth, quick and excellent delivery, nothing to complain about, 100% happy, will buy again from this company. Recommended!

  customer service could be better I ordered Nikkor 28-300. The payment system did not acknowledge payment in any way and I repeated the process and ended up with two lenses instead of the one I wanted. I have subsequently tried, without success, to get the returns procedure from Wayfield & Sons to return the unwanted glass. Phone calls to the company go unanswered and Wayffield do not respond to emails - very frustrating. Their staff have subsequently responded to me and the service has improved but I still maintain that there is little point in having a customer care number if it is never answered or calls not returned. I accept that lead times are quoted on their site but I think waiting 24 to 48 hours for an acknowledgement is still not adequate.

  Purchased a 135mm f/1.8 Carl Zeiss T* from these guys, I couldn't be happier with the whole buying experience from them. An item was missing from my package when contacting them in regard to it, they looked into it very quickly and due to them not being able to source said item refunded me accordingly.   SONY A7 III purchase I recently purchased an A7III for my mum from WAYFIELD. Delivery was quicker than expected and the product received was in its original packaging. They even included an ac adapter so that she can charge her camera. Exceptional service. I will definitely be buying from here again.

  Canon lithium ion battery I got the best source of power from Wayfield & Sons for my Canon R5. Best battery for the job. Last for days without recharging. Wayfield & Sons had them on stock within about two weeks notified me that they were shipping them got them within two days at my door. Again I would highly recommend this company and I think them for their quick and caring service.

  Excellent customer service & products While we have not used this Vello Auto lens adapter long enough to give an in-depth review, the adapter seems to be working as advertised. One important thing to note is that this company provides excellent customer service. The product was on backorder; however, Wayfield sent regular updates and kept me informed on the order status. The product was well-packaged for shipping and their customer service was ready to answer any questions. Very impressed with this company!

  Lots of light, great clarity and low noise After some time with the 18-55 kit lens, I decided to buy the NKKOR 50mm 1.8G and what a difference, where the kit lens can no longer and it looks dark or with a lot of noise, this 50mm has no problem even if you raise the ISO there is no drama since the noise that is generated is very little and the images have a very good sharpness. Many recommend this lens since you are going to learn to compose, to move to find the best angle and the best shot. Besides the Wayfield & Sons service is wonderful, the shipping was very fast and the product is in perfect condition, I will definitely buy here again.

  Solid device for our needs This is the second AW-HE40 that our church has bought. We purchased the first one over 2 years ago. The camera works very well. easy to install/set up. performed as advertised. I would definitely use again. One issue is color clarity in low light, but this can be adapted to work in all situations. And we can still expand the system a lot. All controlled with the same unit and using the same POE switch.

  I previously wrote a very good review for Wayfield & Sons, but after a bad experience with customer services I've decided to edit it and remove a couple of stars. Looked for an item online, shown as in stock, phoned to check, assured that it was in stock, then booked a click and collect. I received an email the next day, just before I left to pick it up, telling me it wasn't in stock. To cut a longish story short, I contacted customer services, pointed out that this had caused me a lot of inconvenience, and received a very inadequate reply. Wrote again and received no reply. A short and appropriate apology with an explanation would have satisfied me. No reply at all left me feeling very fed up.

  Finally Gifted Myself through Wayfield & Sons Have wanted an Olympus OM-D E-M1 Mark III for a long time. My PEN E-PL10 was on its last leg, so... I am strictly an amateur, so the E-M1 MK III was more than enough for my needs. This was the best package, as well as, the best company for me.

  Took my heavy camera and lenses to part exchange for a lighter camera and lenses. Was given a fare price and was pleased with the camera etc I came away with in part exchange.
