  In brief - it allows patients to order specific tests if they cannot get them elsewhere. The medical system in the US has quite a few hurdles to overcome before you can get anything accomplished, and this is doubly true if, like me, you utilize the VA Healthcare system. Sadly, my doctors don't order many tests for me (despite the fact that my health is failing to improve in spite of my own best efforts). A site like this allows someone, with a bit of knowledge or research, to order their own tests and stay informed about their own health. Or, in some instances, keep their doctors honest. For that, this site deserves a great review.

  Easy to use website. Easy to print your lab order. Results get uploaded pretty quickly after Quest or Labcorp have them. Would like to see WiL fight to offer more of Quest's & Labcorp's test catalog. Patients shouldn't have to fight for years to get docs to order the one lab that finally cracks open the reasons behind their chronic illness.

  As a rule I only see my primary doctor once a year, Because that's the case I need data to share with him as it relates to my TSH. Thankfully Walk-In-Lab enables me to do that. In our last visit I brought 4 recent lab reports for his perusal. Printing the results off of Walk-In-Lab's website is straight forward and helps my provider keep up to date with my lab work.   I am self pay for blood tests and always choose walk-in labs. Quick and easy to order and the results are always available online.   The walk-in website was very easy to navigate from finding the tests I wanted, to ordering the tests, to getting emails every step of the way to let me know what to do next. In about an hour, the lab order was sent to me so I could go to any quest location. After I went to the location I wanted, the results were online within a couple of days. I like being in control of my health and also like that I didn't need to go right away to have the tests done. I can go at my convenience up to 5 months, I believe. Perfect.

My husband and I took charge of our own health when we realized that certain tests were always ordered, and other, more important blood tests were never ordered by our doctors.   First time I went to Labcorp with my paperwork they found that you had the wrong birth year. Since it was 6 am EST and your in Central time zone I had to reschedule another appointment. The second time I went with my new paperwork just to find out you had put the wrong code numbers and had left off 1 test. Sooo I had to reschedule once again. Three times waking up super early and fasting just to be sent home. So NO I DID NOT LIKE MY EXPERIENCE WITH YOUR COMPANY. NOR WOULD I use or recommend your services .

  Walk-in Lab allows me to quickly take control over my own health by offering a massive number of tests. I bought two affordable tests and found out that I was much healthier than I thought! And for $60! I had my results in one day, too. Try doing any of that at a doctor’s office.

  Labs are not accurate with some of the providers. Doctors will make you get labs done again at their office when they feel labs are inaccurate.
