  Easy to find a convenient lab location and time--had to wait a week for an appointment, but was in and out of the appointment for the draw in under ten minutes, and had my results in less than two business days over a weekend. Able to order specialized serology easily and with none of the confusion of seeing a physician unfamiliar with a rare condition. Would recommend.

  As advertised. It's s easy to order lab work, select lab, and pay. Order was approved the next day. Went to lab with paperwork, they took the blood sample, and the next day I had my results. Much faster and cheaper than a doctor's office. If you want simplicity in your life, then I highly recommend this.

  I tested on a Monday morning at 7:30 for what should have been a 1-2 day test. I did not get results until Saturday morning. I would normally never have noticed that- things happen- had the next issue not happened. I am a 48 yo male in Texas; they sent me the results for a 32 yo female in Louisiana. I suspect that means they also sent my results somewhere else. A call got that fixed quickly enough, but it took a second call to get my results uploaded so I could actually see them. That process was not amazing.

  I’ve used Walk-In-Labs multiple times and I absolutely LOVE it. It’s inexpensive and I receive the pdf results in 24hours. No insurance necessary and no lab fees. YOU control what labs you need on your own time and only you can see the results. I can’t afford health insurance, so unfortunately, I don’t have access to discounted, redundant and fruitless annual visits with a doctor; that can only solicit speculative information, gathered by externally-collected vitals, that used to require eight years of post undergrad to only be phased out by a Google search. And by chance you had multiple health questions, you couldn’t burden them with two concerns at once without jeopardizing their and their family’s standard of living. Walk-In-Labs let’s YOU bypass the gate-keeping industry that can’t diagnose correctly; that make you beg for certain labs, assuming the insurance lords let you, and you barter with your doctor to see your own results. No thanks, I use Walk-In-Labs Love you guys! -John

  Being able to have access to Walk In Lab has been a game-changer - for cost and convenience. My high deductible insurance plan would not pick up some of the labs I want/need and being able to pay for them out of pocket at such a better rate, is so helpful.

  I’m a retired nurse. Ordering the bloodwork my doctor wants me to have is a very easy to use process with Walk-in labs.com. I utilize Quest labs because they are only a few miles from home. Very clean blood drawing stations and waiting room. The staff is friendly and professional. Very convenient hours too. I also find it to be a tremendous money saver over using the health care insurance I had. Results were available within 24 hours. All I had to do was forward them to my electronic health chart for my physician to evaluate.
