  I am extremely pleased with Walk-In Lab. I like have the ability to go online at my convenience and order the labs that my doctor would routinely order. As soon as you click submit for the payment, you have your prescription. Three to four weeks before I do this, I go online to Quest Diagnostics and get my appointment because Quest appointments fill-up quickly. After the lab results are ready, I have Walk-In Lab fax them to my doctor a few days before my scheduled doctor appointment. Their website is user friendly and best of all there is usually a coupon for 15% off!

  Cannot say one negative thing about Walk in Lab. I set up an appointment Called back and added another test. The next day I called to reschedule. All three times they were extremely nice Professional and pleasant to talk to. Willing to meet my requests with no Problem. Its good to actually talk to Someone in today's world. This is my 3rd time In 2yrs I have done business With them and always Great customer Service. I tell and recommend them to Everyone.   My experience was excellent! The site was easy for me to use, however I’m a nurse, I feel that people with no healthcare experience might struggle to find the correct tests they’re needing. I got my order right away and my results were ready the day after I had my labs drawn. Great pricing too!

  I've used walk in lab for the second time. It's really just the same as getting the blood work through the doctor and cheaper (for my tests). No hassle, just as easy and quick. The results were out as soon as I woke up the next day morning. (I get thyroid tested)

  If I could give Walk-In-Lab zero stars I would. one a hundred dollars spent, email efforts to contact the customer service with no response and still nothing. I hope my money was well spent by your employees and management, because I got nothing from it. BTW, I was really hoping to get the test results back I was looking forward to.   Walk-in- Lab is a wonderful service! Ordering a lab test is easy, and I love the fact that I have my lab test results in a timely fashion - usually within 24 hours.
