  This lab is a miracle compared to the Tricore Lab, which is always a disastrous mess every time I have ever gone there. These people are usually on time if you have an appointment and very efficient and kind. Lab results come back really fast, too

  Thanks for your reply. I chatted with the customer service and it seems there was a technical issue that made the redraw order not visible to me. I was issued a new order and I was able to view and print it. I have left a feedback to Quest regarding the lab location, not interested in pursuing it further. I will try another location next time.   I've used Walk-In Lab for large orders, this latest being substantial (over $1k after discounts, 16 vials of blood!). They offer tests through Quest that consumers cannot even order directly from Quest, and at lower prices than from Quest directly. They have saved me quite a lot of money vs. having my doctor(s) order the tests, and the orders were processed by Quest without a hitch on both occasions. I will continue to use Walk-In Lab for future blood work. I wish they offered sputum culture orders like Ulta Lab. My pulmonologist ordered sputum tests with Quest, but they are considerably less expensive from Ulta Lab. My lung condition will require repeated, ongoing cultures, and I would prefer to order them via Walk-In lab to have performed by Quest, as my doctor intended. Maybe someday Walk-In Lab will work this out and offer these tests.

  They are absolutely the BEST! They checked me in and had me in the back in like 2 minutes. The blood draw (which i do nooot enjoy tbh) was SUPER fast and was done before I knew it. The nurse was like a ninja. I would STRONGLY recommend!

  Easy ordering process. I'd give it 5 stars, but I do wish there were more autoimmune tests (anti-Sm for ex). Overall though, great service that saves me $.
