First time I went to Labcorp with my paperwork they found that you had the wrong birth year. Since it was 6 am EST and your in Central time zone I had to reschedule another appointment. The second time I went with my new paperwork just to find out you had put the wrong code numbers and had left off 1 test. Sooo I had to reschedule once again. Three times waking up super early and fasting just to be sent home. So NO I DID NOT LIKE MY EXPERIENCE WITH YOUR COMPANY. NOR WOULD I use or recommend your services .

Walk-in Lab allows me to quickly take control over my own health by offering a massive number of tests. I bought two affordable tests and found out that I was much healthier than I thought! And for $60! I had my results in one day, too. Try doing any of that at a doctor’s office.

I tested on a Monday morning at 7:30 for what should have been a 1-2 day test. I did not get results until Saturday morning. I would normally never have noticed that- things happen- had the next issue not happened. I am a 48 yo male in Texas; they sent me the results for a 32 yo female in Louisiana. I suspect that means they also sent my results somewhere else. A call got that fixed quickly enough, but it took a second call to get my results uploaded so I could actually see them. That process was not amazing.
