  I was told that I would get my results by email within a few days. I contacted the facility using its internal communications system but never received a response. After almost two weeks, I had to drive 20 miles to the lab to get a paper copy. What if a doctor needed the report within a few days? What good is the report if it takes almost two weeks to get it? You should refund the purchase price.

  almost unbelievable way to avoid dealing with a doctor to get a lab, with ability to pick the lab i want and need, schedule it myself, and pay very little - w frequent sales and discounts - who could ask for more?

  My experience with Walk In Lab is nothing short of great. I have purchased blood tests to keep up with my cholesterol and glucose readings in between doctors apppointments for years. i buy at least two tests per year. Sometimes more. Also buy tests to keep up with psa reading. I usually get the results in the next day. You cannot beat the price and service from Walk In Lab

  Walk-in Lab has never let me down on furnishing my test results to me as soon as they get them. Normally I can expect them on the morning of the following day after the blood draw. If the results are late, and I call about them, it always turns out to be because Labcorp or Quest has not given them the results yet, and staff has even helped me to speed up getting he results by calling the testing organization to ask what the problem is. I think that that helps in those instances where Walk-in Lab doesn't receive the results promptly from Labcorp or Quest. This is just an example of Walk-in Lab's excellent service.

  Since I am self-pay, I am so thankful that I am able to go to Walkinlab.com and choose what ever lab tests I want. A few years back, my cardiologist retired and a had an appointment with a new cardiologist. I looked at my previous lab reports, found walkinlab.com, and ordered my tests. I went to Quest for the labs. A couple of days later the lab report was available online at walkinlab.com and Quest. I went to my appointment and I handed the lab report to the new cardiologist along with previous medical records. He was so surprised to have a patient that was so proactive and on top of things. I am so thankful that Walk-In-Lab makes the process so simple and I appreciate the coupon emails.

  Very easy and convenient! I ordered and paid for the labs I wanted, went to my local Quest lab, handed them my Walk In Lab paperwork, and was finished within 5 minutes. Received the results the next day. Couldn't have been easier!

  Wow! So easy! I purchased a test that just required the order to be downloaded and printed out, then to make an appointment with a local lab. The order was for 6 different things to be tested and the lab technician thought I'd receive results in a week. One by one the results were emailed in, the 1st one starting that very night. The others followed about every 12 hours until they were all in. I had ordered previously a Genova test kit and that was a seamless experience as well. Highly recommend Walk-In Labs!

  So my scheduled appointment time was for 215. The patient that had scheduled before me scheduled her appointment for both 145 and 2 PM by accident. I showed up at 1:45 because of just issues of the day I brought a book I knew I would have to wait so that’s not an issue. But this patient who scheduled two appointments didn’t show up until 10 minutes past her 2nd appointment time. And she was still seen before me, even though I arrived half an hour before she did. The service I got was great. It was the wait time/appointments I have issue with. I think they need to do away with appointments and just be walking or just you only appointments. And if someone is late for appointment, then you take the appointment that’s there when you’re ready and not wait for the other.
