The test wasn't easy to find because there were so many variations for a thyroid test and none exactly matched the test my dr told me to get. I had to call to ask, but they answered right away and then ordering and paying was easy. Getting results was SUPER fast. I went in two days before Thanksgiving and they had the results back the same week. That's impressive!

Great service I got my order super fast made an app and when in to one of the labs in my area that they provided and got my tests done and got my results in less than 24 hours. Loved it that the test are not expensive and the also have coupons available.

I have used Walk-in Lab for several years. It's very convenient and easy. My only complaint is not receiving any email notice when lab results are ready. I have to just keep logging in to the account to see if a report is posted. (The process is supposed to include notification by email.)

Service was excellent. However, I live in Bartlett and the lab there is temporarily closed. That has been quite a while. It needs to be open again if only for a couple days a week. It is terrible to get down to the other lab on Germantown.

Have used Walk-in-Lab many times over the years because it is so easy and efficient to schedule and obtain the services. The one problem noticed this time is that the send multiple notices of the same thing - on lab result at a time and xyz is still pending, when it would be preferable to send the results when complete, rather than having new postings every day with nothing new.
