Always a positive experience. My doctor said my Vit D test was suddenly no longer covered by my insurance but that I could pay $340 for them to run it without my insurance. Fortunately for me I knew I could use WALKINLAB and have the toast done for under $50.

We can find tests we want. Easy to find individual tests to order. Not necessary to find one test that includes the different things we are looking for. Test description are quite good and are a good education about each test. Like how the web site is easy to work with, good graphics, nice layout, prices seem on low side. Rewards system helps keep us in the family, but we have not used it. Wish Rewards redemption would be more transparent. We like that we can use Labcorp. Lab results were available the next day. And everything feels secure.

The service at Walkinlab is unbelievably good, especially considering their low prices. I always try to buy a test, or a few tests in advance, at the times the are offering a 15% or 20% discount on all tests, which they do from time to test.

There are no actual testing labs near me, as it appeared on the website. Everyone I've tried to contact has been completely less than helpful. I will be requesting a refund, as it's a major inconvenience to have to drive an hour away to get simple tests completed.

It is easy to place a blood work order, and the lab typically posts your blood test results quickly, sometimes even on the same day. Based on my past experiences, it should not take longer than three days. However, I think they could improve their search engine by making it more interactive. For example, if you are looking for a more specific information, the system could directly take you to the relevant section instead of requiring you to navigate through the interface.
