Walk-In Lab is the only lab that I use. The phlebotomists are very competent and try to find my veins. My veins are difficult to locate, unfortunately. However, at the lab that I visit, I am able to get my favorite Phlebotomist to make the specimen collection.

It's easy and the LabCore lab always sees the orders and have no problem doing the labs. I wish it was a little cheaper and the test results also displayed inside LabCorp portal. But I guess this allows to be discrete with your test result which is so needed in the age of Epic medical records total surveilance and disclosure to anyone with Epic access.

You guys need to fix the website so the user knows if they are booking a Quest Diagnostic test then only Quest diagnostic labs are shown when searching for a nearby location and not Labcorp and vice versa. I had to call in and talk to a rep as I was confused when seeing the Labcorp test code # which I had recognized only after searching what it was for and seeing that it is only specific to Labcorp. The rep informed me that this is a known problem and they have gotten complaints about this. So I don't understand why it hasn't been fixed all this time.

For example if a test is only offered at one lab, you will first get an option for both LabCorp and Quest Diagnostics locations when putting in your zip code. Once you put in your zip code if you choose a Quest location and it's only offered at LabCorp you will receive a pop up warning you that this is only available at Labcorp. The wait time (with appt) was over an hour past my time. Don't make an appt on a Minday I guess. But they schedule 9 people every 15 minutes.

It was very easy to get the test that I needed through WalkInLabs and have it drawn at a local Quest Lab. My only complaint is the prices are a bit higher than other direct-to-consumer lab platforms, such as UltaLabs. I only really use WalkInLabs when I cannot find a particular test on a cheaper platform .
