    I have now used this service 4 times and I will continue using it and telling everyone I know about it!! Its fantastic!! And SOOOO easy to use!! And then ontop of it all, they give you points for discounts!!! I was already going to have my blood tests done, and they have great prices and THEN you earn points!! I just got $20.00 off my latest test!! LOVE!! Thank you for such a great service!!

    My insurance stopped covering one specific test. I'm happy there is Walk-In Lab! The prices are reasonable compared to the labs' uninsured prices. WIL is quick and reliable. I print nothing as it always goes to the lab I use electronically. Highly recommend WIL.

    I had a lot of questions about my health and was not getting answers because the NIH has placed parameters of age and probability on Cindy. After breast cancer at 34 and colon cancer at 44, I was tired of waiting to be “of age” for certain tests. Walk in labs put the power of discovery beck in my court. Thank you!     My last experience in Walk in lab was really bad. There was no one at reception desk and people had to wait for more than 20 minutes just to talk to someone. Staff was rude and instead of being apologetic they were arguing and trying to defend short staff excuse. For God sake, hire more people and give good customer service the people visiting your labs. Customer Service and is not just attending people, it is also about talking to customers politely with the smile on face smile. You guys really need to send your staff for customer service training.

    I was able to order lab tests at a reasonable price that my Naturopath had requested I get. Since naturopathic services are not covered by my insurance, I was delighted to find this option, and the ordering process was seamless.     I had an appointment. I showed up to find the lab was closed. I had to go to another location where I didn’t have an allotted time so I had to wait. Why couldn’t I have been emailed in advance when they were not going to honour my appointment? The lab experience itself was great.     I've used the lab services twice now to monitor how my diet and exercise routine is improving my health. Both times have been a great experience! I'll continue to use their services. The collection site is inside a Walgreens which is convenient and the results are available the next day.

    Can't say enough good things about Walk-In Lab. I've used at least three times to get some additional testing done. They make it so easy and fast. Prices seem very fair and the staff is very professional and super friendly.

    Everything about Walk in Lab is convenient and easy to manage - from choosing the correct tests to finding the best discount prices. This last order was actually me getting ahead of myself as my Dr. ordered the labs for my appointment with her. So another awesome feature of Walk in Lab, is the test I ordered does not expire for one entire year and I’ll be using it for a 3 month follow up! Very professional and secure! Thank you! Lorelynn
