Terrible customer service. I forgot to enter my 10% discount code at checkout and they wouldn't adjust my charges so I had to send the whole thing back and its been weeks and I'm still waiting for my refund.

I purchased several items for a wedding, unsure of how they would fit. I'm borderline plus, but the XL sizing was *perfect*. I actually had a difficult time narrowing down my dress choice because they all had beautiful cuts and colours. The returns process was also very straightforward and zero hassle.

Been trying to return some of the items and every time I insert the order number and postal code I get a message that this order of postal code do not exist. Sent 3 emails to customer service and nobody is bothering to reply. I won’t be ordering again.

The service was very good but not quite satisfied with the jacket the collarless jacket doesn’t suit me but I threw away the plastic bag that it came in and don’t think you’ll return it. Never been worn, not cold enough to wear it yet.
