Verified reviewI tried several times to reach out to process a return. I paid full price for my coat and when it arrived, it was too big. I immediately tried to return it, and was told I could not return it because it was now on sale and a FINAL SALE. Finally, through Facebook, after several attempts, someone was AMAZING and sent me a return label. But, my return item was received by Veromoda over a week ago and no return has been processed. It's tracked, so at least I know it was received - but honestly, in this day and age of online shopping, why is this so hard? Frustrating experience all around.

Verified reviewI was looking forward to these jeans and never received them. I found a delivery confirmation email in my junk mail weeks after the supposed delivery date. On the delivery date i was home all day and there is a safe area to leave packages. No package was delivered that day or any day. I Called Canada Post who told me I had to contact Bestseller clothing to file a claim and handle the matter. The only customer service contact I’ve been able to find for bestseller is an email. I have emailed twice about this and have not received any response at all. I have checked my junk mail often to double check. So I have paid money but I have no pants. Very disappointed as I am usually a big fan of this brand and their products.
