  This peppermill is beautiful and works like a dream. I have previously purchased one as a gift from Amazon and it was sent in a large box with no packing material and then in a smaller box with no packing material. The top of the peppermill was off and there were peppercorns scattered around in the open plastic bag. It looked like someone had returned it. They sent another one but the packaging was similar but at least the mill was intact. I so regret that I didn't purchase it from you in the first place and will always purchase directly from you in the future. You packaged it in a way that was fitting this beautiful item. I thought you should know how Amazon treats your products.

  I was charged twice for my order and we shipped 2 of the same order. It took me a week to get someone to reply to my request for return. I had to return the product and pay for the shipping (was not paid by Peugeot) and I still have not been reimbursed for the return, which reached your warehouse a week ago. An absolutely terrible experience.

  Customer service hasn’t responded to my request for a return, the pepper mill I was sent is ugly, looks like a different wood on top from the body, plus there is a smudge of blue paint and the box seemed a bit mangled. I wouldn’t case so much if it were actually as cheap as it looks, this mill is not worth $100. It’s ugly and not well made, I want to return it and get a refund. I expected better from Peugeot.

  I very much enjoy every one of my pepper mills from Peugeot but my favorite is the one that allows me to switch to different pepper varieties! The Maestro is such a nice mill that I now give it as a gift to friends & family. I hope the few negative reviews I've seen which questions Peugeot customer service regarding the "lifetime warranty". Several customers have supposedly sent back mills which have failed and Peugeot either did not repair the mill or they replaced it will a completely different mill. I hope this is not true in the unlikely event I ever need to send one of my mills back for repair. I'm hoping these few issues were not true. Peugeot has introduced me to a world of different peppercorns to try, all with their own unique flavors.

  I subscribed to their email notifications in exchange for a 10% off coupon. The coupon code I received didn’t work! I contacted customer service and was answered in a reasonable amount of time with a new coupon code for 15% off for my trouble. I was quite happy with that; luckily I wasn’t in a big hurry. I was a bit worried about their advertised shipping times but my order arrived pretty quickly so overall I had a good experience.

  It was relatively easy to order on the website. I was surprised, however, how difficult it was to see things in these categories only: 1) Salt & Pepper grinder matched sets, 2) Only Pepper, 3) Only Salt. The reason is that we did not like any of the Salt & Pepper grinders that came as matched sets, and ended up picking a Pepper grinder only, and a Salt grinder only, and it was difficult to compare them, to ensure they were the same design and size.
