  Look nice, but salt mill does not work. We called (voicemail full), sent email to customer service with photos, nobody is getting back to us. I'm very disappointed, we thought we bought quality and also expected quality customer service and nobody is helping us.

  I ordered for my wife a Peppermill we saw in a restaurant as a Christmas present. The item was sent from Peugeot, apparently with an insufficient address (USPS states the address was incomplete on the label. It was thus returned to sender. No communication from Peugeot other than an email lt which I cannot respond. Clearly won't be getting here in time for Christmas, probably not at all, but no opportunity to request a refund or repeat shipment - just a request for a review, well here it is. Bad on you. If I ever were to order from you again, how can I trust that my item will arrive on time or ever. I'm assuming at this point you are just going to keep my money and send me nothing. What a scam!

  This is the only pepper grinder to ever own, period. The best by leaps and bounds,which gives you a perfectly even grind super fine, fine or coarser. Expensive, but you’ll save money on wasted pepper ground, that is to irregular, and currently expensive, and sometimes hard to find. Have other grinders, but gave up and finally ordered this 7” tall version. I had a Peugeot years ago ,and thought it was great. Not sure what happened to it, but since I don’t like throthings away, used this other Gringer from a well known company, but made the switch. Never going back!

  This is a beautiful wood pepper grinder. Our first was a gift and this year, we're gifting it to friends and family who have enjoyed using it in our kitchen. Comes in many sizes and finishes, we've liked the wood. Shipping and tracking was well done and we're very pleased.

  The ordering process via internet was somewhat cumbersome due to the "filter" function being somewhat inaccurate. However, once the order was placed the fulfillment and delivery was superb. The mill arrived quickly and was just as expected. This new mill performs as well as the other Peugeot mills I have.

  The site worked fine with the exception of the fact that the discount code that was offered did not work when applied. Not a huge deal, but it would have essentially eliminated the amount that I paid in tax and it was annoying that it didn't work. Felt a little like bait and switch.

  The products they sell are great, website and return process needs improvement. Website is very glitchy , it took a long time to view products and place an order. The return process is awful They do not offer a preprinted label, you are required to create your own label as well as the shipping. The one positive is , when I completed my return, I received a phone call from them stating my return was received and my refund will be processed. It was nice that someone actually called.

  Beautiful amazing new pepper mill LeMoulin d'Oliver Roellinger is a testament to the brilliance of it's designer. I returned it because it had been tampered with. The best examples must be the accidentally finer grained beech starting out. You cannot tell what you are getting woodwise but the bottom aperture leaves the vulnerable case below the sliding drawer unsupported. It's a nice design feature to clear any debris but is an obvious weak point in an otherwise robust assembly. Therefore selecting one made from fine grain slow growth lumber, where annual growth rings are crowded together and super numerous, seems suddenly quite important for stability and longevity.
