I just didn’t like the fact that if you book for more than 2 people you find out at the end that the other person traveling with you won’t be sitting next to you unless you pay an extra $70 each .

my master card (Capital one) was not accepted, really strange. Also, the price kept going up, which is frustrating. Also, my flight has a layover which I only learned later.

Had a payment failure with my credit card and had to use a secondary. Do you have alerts for % of credit card failure? 2/ Can't book a seat for a kid below 2 years old. Very tedious process 3/ It's not clear on the booking page which flights are direct vs not.
