Flight from the US, cancelled within 24 hours and 7 days of departure. French Bee is required BY LAW to make a full refund but only refunded the taxes. I will be following up with DOT. Terrible!

The UI is simple but lacks many features you expect on Airline websites, There's no account manager after you buy a ticket. There's no place to enter detailed traveler info or TSA Pre status. I also keep getting requests to complete my purchase even though I did.
