Every time I wanted to change the date of the flight I had to reset the entire booking and input all my flight details in again which was extremely frustrating. Prices seemed to change by the hour which was very nerve-racking.

We website is so very difficult to navigate and makes it very hard when you return to look at your seats, change seats you've already paid for, etc. I ended up paying for seats multiple times just because I was moving them - which was simply trying to coordinate with other people. Its one thing to say its non refundable, but to not allow someone to change a seat without paying it again is really thoughtless.

The website was not up-to-date enough to allow me to create an account. I tried multiple times, but the website never proceeded forward. I always like creating a profile with airlines to just make sure I can return to manage my booking. It was very frustrating to not have this option as the website didn't seem up to date enough to do so.
