My questions were answered accurately and promptly and I was able to place an order quickly. The parts also arrived quickly too. Thank you for your review. Upon receipt of your order, we had to split the order into two separate orders. One for the parts and the other for the cover. The cover shipped from a warehouse near you so it came quickly. The parts ship from a warehouse that specializes in parts. Parts due to their size and complexity take a bit more time to pick and ship. Even though parts may take a little longer we still respect the shipping requirement. The delivery of your full order was within the shipping window that was promised. When you inquired about your full order, after you received the cover, we promptly replied and said the parts would be shipped that day. We had not forgotten the parts portion of the order it was the processing was the standard timeframe. We appreciated you sending the email with the picture of your table once you installed the parts. Verified reviewIt took a while to put together, mostly because some of the parts packages weren't labeled, and the youtube video wasn't my exact model. There were some translation issues due to it being made in France. Would have been helpful to include the couple of tools required for assembly, too. Other than that, it's assembled and appears to be a solid ping pong table that will last for years.

Verified reviewcustomer service was great. when i called them with a question i had about delivery, a human answered the phone and we were able to get my question addressed quickly. delivery was on time, on the early side. be prepared to have the table delivered on a pallet. I had to drag the table into my backyard b/c my fence wasn't that wide. but i would do it again b/c the table is amazing.

Verified reviewThe product is awesome. I do wish the company could have helped more with the delivery though. I understand that wasn't their fault but to simply inform me that I need to call and figure it out from here is less than acceptable customer service. I am giving the experience a 5 star review nontheless though simply because the product, which is what is most important, is awesome, durable and aesthetically good looking.

We do select the carrier based on the ability to reach a customer's location but we do not have control over an actual delivery. Verified reviewThe tennis table was left outside my house. I hired a couple of guys to carry it to my back yard and I hired another guy to put it together. It would be good if Cornilleau offered a white glove service. That way it could be moved and put together quickly.
