    After receiving my order all 4 toolboxes arrived damaged. Rodney worked with the manufacturer and got 4 new boxes to be very quickly. Great service! I would order from them anytime. My opinion is a company really shows you how they are when something goes wrong. And these guys did great!

    I had ordered an injector puller and assumed it had shipped since my credit card was charged. after eight days I called them and got a recording which I left a massage. I also e-mailed and later was told it was on back order for four weeks. That would have been nice to know the week prior. I was refunded rather easily though via same e-mail.

    I absolutely apologize for the lead time of your order. We do try to contact our customers via email and a phone call when we are advised that items are out of stock or on an extended back order with our supplier. The item that you purchased is in such high demand that it seems when it comes into stock it goes right back out.     ordered a cam seal tool was told it came dierectly from manufacture, 5 days later call comapany to have them tell me its on 3 week back order. I never would have ordered it if the website was up to date on inventory. Called company and they gave me a full refund as since product was not shipped I cancelled order. I would likely not order again from this comapny as I do not order stuff and wait weeks or months to fullfill a order.

Before we were able to contact you, after the 4th of July weekend, you called to get the tracking information. We, unfortunately, had to let you know of the back order during that call.     Ordered 2 96" top mount tool boxes, bow of them came in a timely manner which was great cause we really needed this for more stock on one of our trucks, both boxes were scuffed up, dented up and you could see every single inside weld on the outside, these boxes were slapped together and honestly look trashy on a brand new truck. The locks on them probably work but are the cheapest in quality and its a task just to get the key in and use them. Very disappointed in the quality.

    The website is easy to navigate. I apparently got caught up in the 4th of July holiday, ordering on Friday the 5th but not receiving the product until the 15th. (The order got processed on July 8th.) Unique Truck Equipment is a drop-ship retailer, the tire dolly came directly from Gaither. It arrived intact but took a total of 10 days to reach my shop. I would definitely order from Unique Truck Equipment again, the pricing is very competitive.

    Listed standard flat rate shipping for perchance over a set price. Allowed check out then called to ask for $150 more for shipping. Then the items came with shipping damage to the paint. They did still have by far the best prices on the items I ordered.

    Product was in less than new condition when it arrived with dings and scratches. Customer service representative Rodney was more than willing to listen however the end result of an offer for a $20 refund left me feeling like I would probably choose to shop elsewhere for my truck parts needs in the future.

    Thank you for your review. I notified the manufacturer of your concerns and the pictures you sent were forwarded to the customer service team at the manufacturer. They responded that the item is question was not used or refurbished. The dings on the item occurred during the shipping process, that is why they were willing to offer a shipping credit. I know we discussed the possibility of ordering another item and returning the original but then the return shipping and shipping of the new item would have cost more.     Very doubtful that the dings occurred during the shipping process ! As discussed there was no damage whatsoever to the packaging that would be concurrent with dings and scratches on the product. More likely explanation as offered by you was that it was damaged during manufacturing ! Very poor response by the manufacturer to remedy or compensate for lackluster product.

    I apologize that we were unable to process your order in a timely manner. The manufacturer closed their warehouse for 5 days to do physical inventory and changed the software they use for warehousing and shipping. The did not stop taking orders and this situation put them into catch up mode. I did try to find another supplier that had the item in stock.     The original shipping cost was $179 which i thought was acceptable so went ahead and placed the order. Then they contacted me and stated that an additional $50 shipping must be paid or the order would not be placed. This additional $50 shipping seemed unprofessional and unnecessary.

    Thank you for your review. I understand why it would be frustrating to have to pay an additional $50.00 for shipping charges above what is listed at check out. Unfortunately, in this instance, we are under contract to use the manufacturer's shipping company and we don't get to price out the freight with the companies we work with.
