  I placed the order for a new Blue-Link Mini and within 30 min a representative called to let me know that I could get a used one at a lower cost. We discussed this and I was happy to do that. So, they canceled my order and placed a new order immediately. I received the product in 3 days with free shipping. I had some questions about the product an called them before they opened (do to time zones) and left a message. Before they were supposed to be opened, a representative called me and gave me all the info I needed. I am very pleased with the device and the customer service. I will use these guys again for sure.

  Good customer service. I did run into an issue with my order but it was resolved to the best of their ability while we're waiting on the manufacturer to do the rest. We know it's not if a company makes a mistake but how they handle it when it happens that matters. They did a good job. We appreciate solid companies like this one. Honesty and Communication make all the difference.
