  I went on a Monday and without a scheduled appointment time. I was pleased that COVID-19 precautions were in place. The staff were friendly and attentive. I felt that they were professional and knowledgable. This was a great experience and I am planning on using this lab in the future. Flawless experience. Would highly recommend.

  I went there because Quest wouldn’t let me order Ferritin separate from other anemia tests. Glad I did as I saved money over ordering direct on Quest. I couldn’t find if there was a way to use an online order so I didn’t have to find a printer. That would be helpful .

  I made an appointment but I came in for hours early and I walked right in and got it done with no waiting time. The lady that took the blood was very good I hardly felt the stick. What was difficult was putting my password in. It never seemed to want to accept it. But the price was fabulous and the convenience was fabulous as well.

  UltaLabTests gave me a full blood test result in less than 24 hrs from blood draw. I did not need an appointment and the Quest Diagnostics nurse was experienced and gentle. I am definitely recommending UltaLabTests to everyone I know, and I will do everything I can to keep them as my exclusive blood tests provider. The prices are reasonable and I am not getting any other bills thru the mail. Love the convenience and speed of this sensitive essential service!! Thank you for everything!!

  The service worked well for a while but has become significantly worse. There are less blood draw providers now, which has increased prices. Also, I receive an error when trying to log in to view test results I paid for and have not received any reply from customer support.

  I absolutely love Ulta Labs. You have by far the best selection of tests, at great prices. The icing on the cake for me was the customer service chat, the representatives were so helpful in helping me find what I need. They were happy to help, had super attitudes. It was a pleasant experience. Once I received the results, the explanation was so easy to understand and sending the results to my doctors was easy. I highly recommend Ulta Labs, in fact I told someone today to use them. Keep up the good work.

  I rate Ultalabtests with five stars. My experience from beginning to end was great. The website was clear, easy to understand and they even offered discounts on test. Ordering and paying for the test was problem free. The amount I paid compared to Labcorp was hundreds of dollars cheaper! I received my results the next day. Everything was great from beginning to end!

Done! You set the appointment by date and time convenient to your schedule arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment and listen for your name to be called. Entire process was under forty five minutes. I will use again and will recommend.

  i have been very pleased with this. i initially signed up for testing my vitamin d on everlywell but it took forever to get their kit and then i would have to wait again to get the results. so i cancelled everlywell and went with the ulta vitamin d test for only $5 more. every time i needed help with adjusting test types or applying a discount code even after the transaction the reps were always present on chat and very responsive and super helpful. the test was easy to do at my local quest lab centers. the results come in real time as soon as the results are released by quest. very happy with the service at ulta.

  SO easy to order the specific test that I needed - I'm simply monitoring vitamin levels, so going through the ordeal of visiting my physician and having them order blood tests, then all of the associated fees that go with doing things that way didn't sound appealing. With Ulta I was able to order SPECIFICALLY what I need at a VERY reasonable cost, finding a location was easy, getting in for the blood draw was easy, and the results were fast. Very satisfied.

  I was able to get cheaper prices for my lab tests through this website, yet still have them done through quest diagnostics which has many locations. It was easy to get my results quickly through the portal as well. Definitely recommend if you need some affordable bloodwork done.

  In my original review , one star, I stated that I found the custom format used by UltaLabs was not useful, and that it was not clear as to the lab that had analyzed the blood. I subsequently found that if, instead of printing the results directly from the website, I had elected to download and then print that I would have seen a menu that provided for the results to be displayed in the Quest format. This was exactly what I needed; minimum paper, and results in the same format as obtained by my health care providers.
