  Overall, very satisfied. Two suggestions - provide more information to help with interpretation of test results, and cut back on the almost daily "hot sale" emails. Yes, discounts are great, but these endless ads negatively impact perceived credibility.

  They made it super easy for anyone to pick the right tests for themselves - the panels are hugely helpful. The prices great. And there are always promotions and discounts. Then my favorite part is reading the results - so well built for anyone to understand each test, biomarkers, and their results. I will always order my tests from Ulta Lab Tests because their tests and results give me more information and details about my health than any doctor's orders for which I often have to ask for and often be denied as excessive. Ulta never tells you "You can't have this one, it's too much or useless", it doesn't tell you "The next available appointment is two weeks away". You purchase the order, get blood drawn the next morning and within a day you get to know the results (unlike many doctors' offices that keep you unaware of the results until the someone finally decides to give you a call or release them on the online patient portal who-knows-when)

  Labs were easy to order. I was able to use my HSA card to pay for the labs, and I was provided with a discount code for 20% off when I signed up. The website was easy to use.   I totally wasn’t sure how this was going to work out…. But I’m pleasantly surprised to say that it was beyond my expectations. All the instructions were super clear. I purchased, got my email, logged into my account and printed the information I needed to bring to the lab location, made an appointment at the location, did the thing and got my results the next day. I’m honestly surprised at how smooth it all went, plus, I paid a fraction of what I saw some other websites were charging for the same test. I’m very grateful and definitely recommend!!!!

  Awesome service! Easy to go to Quest Diagnostics for testing. You receive the results in real time, and Ulta Lab Tests portal automatically updates as results are rendered. You can also schedule your appointment with Quest Diagnostics within your Ulta Lab portal. Once completed you can see the same results in your Quest Diagnostics portal as well. Just in case your doctor wants to see the alternative report with the official lab on it. This is literally the easiest way to get labs if you need them or if your doctor won’t prescribe them. Having access to this service really helped me gauge where I was health wise without the wait! Thank you so much and I will use it again!

  I was trying to find a cheap way to find an A1C and glucose test rather than paying a $150 payment just for a simple needle. I checked Reddit and saw someone recommending ULTA about how it is the best website for people without insurance. I believe my total was around $27 and a little discount for the 4th of July. I was easily able to make an appointment on their website as well. I just needed to print the copy of UTLA to and then get my blood drawn. Literally within 16 hours I get my results. I would highly recommend this site for anyone with or without insurance.m my

  I was instructed to order a test from Ulta Labs at my collection site for a urine drug screen. The woman at the collection site had me sign up for a serum test rather than urine but still collected a urine sample. A few days went by before I realized the mistake so I called Ulta Labs to let them know, and hopefully locate my urine sample and have it tested correctly. Rather than help my situation they were insistent that I provided a blood sample. They claim that two sources (neither me or anyone that was at the collection site that day) confirmed that I provided a blood sample. I understand that the mistake did not begin with them, but the mere fact that 1. They continuously told me I provided a blood sample that I clearly would have remembered and 2. That someone else's blood was tested under my name, is asinine. So really instead of offering any assistance, they essentially told me I was lying about the sample I provided and that I could expect results on "my" (a complete stranger's) blood in a few days. The services provided are great I am sure, but the customer service was far below par. Good news is whoever's blood was tested under my name got a passing grade.

  Overall this was a great experience. I love that you can see the prices and customize your blood work to meet exactly what you want. I had one small issue finding a specific test, but eventually, I did find it. It even gives you the option to register for a day to get your blood work done. It was super easy to order and pay. When I got to the lab I handed them my paper and they performed the tests with no questions asked except to verify who I was. I'm definitely doing this again.

  Ulta Lab Tests was a lifesaver when it came to getting titers drawn for school. We were able to book an appointment the very next day, at a local lab, and our results were available in just two days, even with a holiday weekend in there. We received an email she our results were available and we were able to log on to their website and download our results. It was fast and easy. I will definitely use them again in the future.

  I like the constant promos, how most tests are offered, don't like the required draw fee when another test is being drawn at the same time, causing a double draw fee. Last order had an htlv test in my cart for $90, the next day it switched to $290, so I ordered it at labcorp for $83. I wish all tests would be cheaper at the same place.

  The closest local lab was 40 miles away, but I waited until I was going to that city anyway. the online chat person was very helpful to make the appointment for me. The results came in very quickly, and I am very satisfied with the overall service. I can make my own informed opinions about my own health and then go to the doctor's office if something comes up out of the normal range in the blood work. I would recommend this type of service for anyone who likes being in partial control of their own healthcare. Winston
