Verified reviewOur order was an international order shipped to Canada. The brokerage was totally mishandled, the initial freight was supposed to ship via FedEx but ended up with a ground freight company with no notification. The order sat at the border for two days with no update until we started calling for status. We still have not received our order! Totally feels like customer service is provided only when the customer demands it. We were really hoping that your company would be our long term supplier, now have to start looking again!

Verified reviewI ordered 50 of the foam seals for my bottles and they were the wrong size so I went back to the website to order 50 of the size I needed and the website would not let me. it told me I had to order a case. I only want 50 in order to test them before I go all in and order thousand which I potentially would not need.

Hello Anthony, Thank you for your feedback. I took a look at our website and all of the Pressure seals are sold by the piece. You can purchase just 50 if that is what you would like. The line that you saw This item is sold only by the case after the quantity exceeds 1,000 items. Is if you are ordering more than 1000. We apologize if it read differently to you.
