However, we do run into issues every so often and it looks like our system showed the full amount of product in stock when that wasn't an accurate number in the warehouse. We have refunded the cost of your entire order (split into 2 parts) and have canceled the remainder of the product that is still on order. Verified reviewSecond order with Packaging Options direct, product was received as expected. Love the quality for sure! We experienced issues getting our shipment through customs again. It appears that once orders are shipped there is little to no follow up for orders that require customs clearances. We have twice needed to contact the freight couriers selected to assist getting our orders through the customs process due to lacking paperwork or insufficient brokerage information. I will say that the customer service staff has been great at providing the help that we need. It just typically costs two to three days extra to get the parcels cleared. Oh and do not be fooled by the FedEx freight promise...we have yet to have an order ship via FedEx. Not sure if this is because we are located in Canada, but it has just worked out that way for us. We will continue to order from these guys as the product is perfect. We will just need to add more lead time to cover the customs issues.

No worries at all. As a business owner I know that customer feedback is key to improving customer service. We love your product and will continue to order. It appears the disconnect is between the freight company and which broker you guys select for the clearances. Past that it is pretty smooth. I will say that our most recent shipment was handled by ABF and they were way easier to work with than the freight supplier used on our first order.

Verified reviewWhat an absolute nightmare. I was so excited when I found this website because they have some beautiful packaging options that I was interested in using for my skincare company. However, my excitement quickly turned into disappointment, and soon after became horror when I received my order. I had ordered samples of 5 different GLASS bottles, which came carelessly thrown into a bubblewrap pouch (NOT INDIVIDUALLY WRAPPED OR PROTECTED AT ALL) and the pouch was stuffed into an envelope. Two of the bottles were damaged, leaving shattered glass all throughout the bag AND all of the bottles were scratched up beyond belief because of the shattered glass. I left a review on facebook and they apologized and offered to reship the items and asked me to give them another chance. Well, jokes on me because the bottles arrived the EXACT same way as the first time, carelessly thrown into a pouch, except the pouch was in a box this time. And they were still just as scratched up as the first time. I’m not even exaggerating, like no one would be able to confidently sell their products in these bottles they looked so bad. Which lead me to believe they were probably damaged BEFORE they were shipped out. Anyways I thanked them for the effort but obviously I told them I’d be investing my money somewhere else. I’d rather take a chance on alibaba!
