Verified reviewI made 3 different orders of different items on that day and your customer service cancelled all of them without even contacting me first to try to solve any problem, so I called and the person said they was cancelled and she could not do any thing about it , over $500 total. I am a business and order a lot of glass jars at times, this was not a good experience .

Verified reviewWell I think it’s pretty bad when you ship to Canada and I order 3 different items on the same order and they all come in separate boxes and all get returned at customs.

I actually had 3 items an I have only recieved one of them. So I did get one part of the 3 part package and had to wait till yesterday august 9th for the other 2 packages to get sent back to you and relabeled and I’m am still waiting on them
