Verified reviewI almost don’t want to write this review because I feel like packaging options direct is my best kept secret. I’m a small beverage producer and I can’t buy literal truckloads of bottles - but I order all of my bottles from them because the delivery always shows up with hardly any problems ever. Also. THEIR PRICES are ridiculously good.

Verified reviewThe bottles were dirty. Stated that the bottles would have to be washed. Nowhere does this state this in the product description. I called and complained. First I was hung up on, the second call the person laughed at me, the third time I spoke to a person who stated she would get back with me. Never happened. But I did receive an email that stated I would have to pay a 25% restocking fee and freight to return the dirty bottles. Poor customer service. I have been buying bottles for 7 years and have never seen anything like it. Their excuse "they got dirty in the warehouse" --the bottles are in sealed boxes??

Your manager reached out to me after I wrote this review. I spoke to her prior to writing this review and she stated she would get to me which she never did. Though I did receive a notification from you all that stated I would have to pay a restocking fee along with the shipping on your dirty 30 cases of woozy bottles.I have been bottles for 7 years and never received dirty bottles.

They are now my go-to supplier for jars and I couldn't be happier with the quality of the products, the careful packaging where not one item was broken or damaged, and the prompt efficient customer service response from Amanda who went above and beyond to inform me of an out of stock item and replace with another item option. Cant say enough about this company and look so forward to purchasing from them in the near future. Ten stars would be more appropriate!! ❤️

I need to actually try the products in small batches with various packaging to make marketing decisions. AND THEN I can actually locate the origin of manufacture so I can choose items MADE IN AMERICA which is part of my small business' mission statement. On top of those great features, the packaging is superior quality and never lets me down!
