Verified reviewA terrible experience. Part of my shipment was never sent, although paid for. Customer service indicated it was sent. Finally offered reimbursement for the missing order, but no offer of anything else for my costs involved. Finally received a note that I would receive full reimbursement. Have sent three emails, and no response.
