Packaging options direct is very affordable. They are willing to work with small businesses like myself which is becoming rare these days. Their shipping is reasonable and their shipping is fast. I will always continue to do business with packaging options direct because it is the best option for me. I would say though, you have to check the count of what you receive because sometimes the count is off. When that has happened I have reached out to customer service which is only available via email. Only to be ignored. Sometimes the quality of their plastic jars is a little off. They’re wonderful jars, they work well. Sometimes they get a little angled towards the top and your labels won’t sit right. No matter what you do you have wrinkles in your labels which looks very unprofessional. Those jars don’t make it to the shelves. Which is unfortunate because you have spent money on those jars and you cannot use them for what they were purchased for. I do find other uses for them, so it’s not a complete waste.

I was satisfied with the price and the product that I ordered. I was having a hard time finding the bottles that I needed and I was also having a hard time taking the risk of ordering and hoping the right one would come. Well it was worth the risk and glad we ordered from your company.

Thank you! I would love for you to make a nozzle that could catapult my idea of using the Flairosol bottle for my shampoo. Currently the shampoo is too thick, but everyone I’ve surveyed, loves the concept. Can your production area make such a noodle?

I would give the company 5-stars but the shipping company they used lost the package for over a week. They finally found it and from order to delivery was in excess of 2 weeks. HOWEVER, the quality of the merchandise we ordered was second to none! Very high quality that's not found anywhere else (we know, we checked for months trying to find better with no luck in the USA or in China!). Everything the company sells has good pricing and high quality. We depend on the items that we bought to hold our manufactured product line and it's extremely important to us that it's high quality with a good price and these people get 5-stars for that!
