Verified reviewNo consistency in packaging. This is the 3rd change to the 3.5oz bottles and tops in 6 weeks. I received a discount code from the last change but the code did not work. Plus the “will call” service is still unavailable. I paid to have my items deliver via flatbed 18 miles and it was only 2 boxes. Waste of time and money!

First, our will call services are currently off. Due to Covid-19 and the planned growth of our warehouse location, we felt it was best to suspend services to ensure continued welfare for our warehouse staff, and to ensure when we expand our warehouse we have the best practices in place. We are looking at having will call available to customers in mid summer and are looking to have our will call pick ups back on the site on that time. How items ship to you, is based mostly on weight. This is automatically calculated upon checking out. We do understand the rising cost of shipping products, and that is why we're looking at having will calls as an option very soon. In regards to your order, I do see that you used a code ThankU20 for $20 off your order total. If you were trying to use another one, our coupon codes don't stack and the website won't allow you to add more than one at a time. I also know you spoke with one of our customer service representatives a few months ago about the vendor changing the form for SKU- 056115 43-485 PP Plastic Continuous Thread Unlined Spice Closure, Red. Verified reviewI did not get an invoice immediately after placing the order. No further email was sent telling me the order was on the way. When I got the box the packaging company name was different than packaging options direct. So it was hard to know or remember who sent it. Then after much effort on my part I called customer service and they sent me the invoice. Also the return label has a different name. Very confusing as I would like to order more supplies.

Verified reviewPlaced my order and received it in a timely fashion. I sent in my tax exemption status but their policy is that once an order has been placed, they cannot refund the tax. I'm set for future orders with them which I do plan to order again. That's why I didn't give them 5 stars, having to pay the tax on my first order. No issues to report.
