I ordered 2 cases of 12 whiskey bottles and 24T top stoppers. They were out of the proper sized stoppers so I got the next size up, figured I could sand them down to fit. When I received the order it was short 1 case of bottles. I got online and used the chat function on their website. This was on a Friday afternoon, the bottles shipped out Monday and I received them on Wednesday. The product is good, customer service is great, they lost 1 star for being out of stock with the stoppers and not shipping the compleat order

Love TricorBraun’s packaging! The only con I must say is I ordered the 6oz bottles (plastic) and they recommended the squeeze caps. So I purchased them and the bottle is so hard I and my customers can’t squeeze it. Very frustrating. Then I ordered the recommended pumps for it and when they showed up they didn't fit the bottles properly.
