I ordered jars and lids. Lisa did not show on back order on the website and they didn’t contact me to let me know, they just short shipped my order. I called to inquire and they told me the kids would ship the next week. They still have. it shipped and again no one has contacted me to give me an update. I would have gladly orders a different color lid had I known the black one I ordered was out of stock. I have been unable to package my products for sale for over 2 weeks now and it is impacting my business
