  Product quality is very good, ordering is easy. Items were packed nicely. The reason for 3 stars is the shipping is very very slow. I ordered and requested 2 day shipping via Fedex, it took me 6 days to get my package. All other vendors I use would have shipped this right away. Great products just be prepared to wait for them.

  My first experience was quick and easy. The second attempt went wrong. The website billed me 3 times for my order. I paid for overnight shipping and received it 4 days later. Once we finally received it, it was a completely different item. We attempted to call and were unsuccessful in getting anyone on the phone. We emailed requesting a shipping slip to send back the wrong item and we still haven't received it. Extremely unfortunate.

  Overall I think the order was easy. I would like to see a few more detailed pictures of the tips being used but, in my case they turned out perfect. A few of the bottles were warped due to heat I think. They are very skinny bottles so heat would be the most likely reason that happened. All in all, great product and I will continue to use TricorBraun products!

  Hi! I purchased some bottles from here and the quality is excellent. They are strong, thick, and great quality. I purchased one case to test it if they were the following: 1. Decent size 2. Strong and durable, 3. Clean and immediately able to be used. All three were checked off! I have to order 4-5 more cases for my event and am 100% confident to do so. I ordered the glass bottles with the Cork tops that the site recommend and they fit perfectly! They are also made with great quality. I can not express my happiness. Don't walk to place your order, RUN! You will not be disappointed.

  Very displeased with the customer service. I’ve waited well over the 10 days shipping time that was advertised and only today have I found out that it will be another two weeks at least before it is shipped out. I understand issues happen but every time I’ve reached out to customer service to find out any information I was left disappointed and frustrated.

  I received a broken gallon jar 1 of the 4. Customer service was friendly and professional. She offered a refund of the one jar or a "store credit". I intend to buy another case of 4.... I suppose I should have taken the partial refund?

  I have ordered 3 cases of glass jars so far this year and all 3 orders have been delivered without a single broken jar. The condition of the box on the 2nd order was in horrible condition as a result of mishandling by the shipping company. I full expected broken jars, but when I opened the outer box, the inner box was in perfect condition. It was packed and cushioned extremely well. The shipping department at TricorBraun knows how to pack their goods. I will definitely continue to shop here!

  I saw a utube video on carboys from Mexico and China, and their poor annealing causing their bottoms to fall off. They showed using polariscope that Italian carboys are superior as they are annealed properly. My local brew shop only sells Chinese made carboys, so I went searching for Italian, at any cost. Fortune smiled on me, I saw a link to Tricorbraun and was very pleased that not only do they sell Italian carboys, but their prices are great! I ordered two 3-gallon carboys and 4 1 gallon jugs for aging my meads and ciders. The two carboys, shipped, were much less than the Chinese carboys alone from my local shop. I not only got superior glass, I saved money too! The jugs are great, the carboys look great in my homebrew polarscope, so I'm assured they are top quality. Packing was wonderful, all arrived in great shape. I've recommended Tricorbraun to some Facebook groups as they can provide home-brewers with great products at a savings. Tricorbraun has earned a satisfied customer that will return, and encourage others too.
